Hi Jessica, Are you able to successfully download other surveys on the same device? If so, can you try do download the same survey on another device using your credentials? You can even try using the Windows or Mac OS version of the field app on your desktop.

Hi Richard, Try to make the field which is being referenced 'required' in the XLSForm and attempt to republish. The error should be due to the fact that Field parentglobalid in MS4_Outfall_Inspection_Shape did not allow for Null values at time of creation.

Hi Katie, The basemap that you are referring to is a vector basemap that can be enabled in the ArcGIS Online Organization Map Settings when logged in as an admin. Currently, Survey123 has not integrated vector basemaps into the options available when interacting with the Basemap Gallery within the Survey123 website options. You can refer to the help doc here for reference of apps that currently have support for vector basemaps from the Basemap Gallery... FAQ—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Best, Brandon

Hi Amy, Is this happening with one particular survey, or multiple? If just one, can you please share your XLSForm that was used to create the survey, or if created on the web, provide a link to view the behavior? You can send either to barmstrong at esri.com. Best, Brandon

Hi Tony, The orderBy parameter is not currently working for editing repeats in the inbox. We do have an open issue related to it in our backlog, and we will be looking to address it in an upcoming release. Best, Brandon

Hi João, We are planning to address the behavior related to missing data in repeats in the near future. In the meantime, are you familiar with the Early Adopter Community? We often upload builds of Survey123 that can be used to explore new not yet released features, or fixes that are intended for upcoming production releases. Within the next day or two, we should have a build which includes a potential fix for the issue that you are encountering. I will try to update this thread when we upload the latest build that can be used for testing, but in the meantime, please ensure that you can access the Early Adopter Community by clicking on the following... Hi Suddha, Please try using query allowupdates=true as the expression in the bind::esri:parameters field of the 'begin repeat' question that contains the group. After doing this and publishing with the Inbox enabled, you should be able to see all values and edit as expected using Inbox from the field app. I have also attached an XLSForm showing this... Let me know how it goes. Best, Brandon

Hi Rob, What device were you using to capture data in the field? Also, which version of the Survey123 Field App were you using during collection? As mentioned above, the 0,0 location is caused by the inability or prevention of the app gaining access to the location sensor of the collecting device. This is mentioned here as well...Frequently asked questions—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Best, Brandon

Hi Lori, After speaking with you over the phone and then doing some additional testing, we found the following workflow to successfully append the data from your exported file geodatabase to the existing feature layer referenced by your survey while maintaining the Editor Tracking information. These steps start after data from all previous surveys have been exported to file geodatabase format using ArcGIS Online... 1. Login to ArcGIS Online or your portal in ArcGIS Enterprise and select 'Content' from the top panel of choices 2. Select the survey folder which contains the feature layer and form of the survey which you will be appending data to 3. Select the feature layer within the folder > Settings > disable 'Keep track of who created and last updated features' > Save 4. Open ArcGIS Pro 5. Add the previously downloaded file geodatabase data and any table containing attachments to the Current Map IMPORTANT: Instead of using Field Mapping in the Append gp tool options, ensure that the source field(s) have the same name as the target field they will be appended too. For instance, if Field_1 of the source dataset (file geodatabase feature class) will be going to Field_2 of source dataset (feature service), rename Field_1 within feature class, to Field_2 prior to proceeding. 6. Run the Disable Editor Tracking geoprocessing tool against your File Geodatabase data. 7. From the Contents pane—Right-click the feature class from your downloaded dataset > Design > Fields. 8. Check 'Read-Only' for all editor tracking fields (CreationDate, Creator, EditDate, Editor) > Save 9. Run the Append geoprocessing tool with your file geodatabase dataset as the input and the feature layer as the target 10. Login to ArcGIS Online and navigate to feature layer to ensure that all editor tracking information from file geodatabase has been preserved 11. Re-enable the option to 'Keep track of who created and last updated features' from the Settings of the feature layer > Save The editor tracking information from the appended data should now reflect it's original information and any new records will record the appropriate editor tracking information at time of collection.

Hi Claire, I tested with your survey, and I now understand what you are saying with the data being lost. Correct me if I am wrong, but, after the initial submission, the data is not missing when viewing the feature service. It is only after loading from the Sent/Drafts/Inbox and then resubmitting with the missing values that the data goes missing? This is the behavior that I encountered when testing. Ultimately, the issue that you are encountering is something that we are aware of and is under current investigation. Best, Brandon
