Here is something that got me closer to what I want. I at least get the Feature Info widget to open when I click the desired feature (with configured popup). In the Map widget add a Trigger. Select Record selection changes. Under widgets, select Widget Controller (mine are in a widget controller). Then select 'Open widget'. Now when I click my feature the Feature Info opens automatically and the configured popup is displayed. The downside? The popup within the map still shows up. If I disable Map > Options > Enable pop-up then neither work.

@B_NewGE I am setting up a Developer 1.18 app right now and don't see that anything has changed. At least I can't seem to find a way to configure everything the way I want. Like some of the others in here, I just want the ability to click a feature and have its configured popups display in Feature Info only. I don't want what you see on the left to show up at all, for any of my layers.

@JeffreyThompson2 - that's good to know. I've never had them open at the same time. I've always just had the server command prompt open when running ExB. Even though there is some overlap in the suggestions I'll mark @Brian_McLeer's first response as the solution. Thanks again.

Thanks again for the replies. For anybody who runs into this same issue I... Opened command prompt on EXB_1.18\client and ran npm ci, then npm start. Closed the client command prompt. Opened command prompt on EXB_1.18\server and ran npm start. Opened ExB and now I see the custom widgets. @Brian_McLeer , I did not run npm fund on either the Client or Server folder - should I on either or both of them? I was able to add and configure the Draw - Advanced widget without running it.

Thanks for the tips. When I try @JeffreyThompson2's suggestion of EXB_1.18\client > cmd > npm start I get these messages: > exb-client@1.18.0 start > cross-env NODE_ENV=development webpack --mode development --watch 'cross-env' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Before I try @Brian_McLeer's suggestion will re-running those npm steps affect the apps I've already built?

I'm struggling to find the directions for this. I'm in Developer 1.18 and have downloaded @Brian_McLeer's Advanced Draw widget as I'd like to use it in one or more of our apps. I've extracted the .zip contents to ...\EXB_1.18\client\your-extensions\widgets but it's not showing up in ExB under Insert widget. There isn't a 'Custom' section option. What other step(s) do I need to complete?

Thanks @Neal_t_k . With approval of the staff for whom I'm creating the survey I ended up changing this to a dateTime format. We were already collecting the date in an adjacent question so it was easy to merge them, then break them out into two separate items in the report template. Thanks @Neal_t_k . Here is the error when I try load the template. Do I need to change anything here (below)? I originally did not update bind::type and bind::esri:fieldType. They were default (blank). I updated them to what you see to test whether or not they would enable the format to work in the report template. It hasn't in either configuration.

I would like to display a time field from my survey in a report the same way it appears in my feature layer. In this case that is 3:45 PM. The report display comes through in 24hr format though. Here is my current template: Is there a reason it changes to 24hr format? I tried the following format in the template but it gets rejected and I'm not able to test it. In the xlsx I've also set bind::type to time and bind::esri:fieldType to esriFieldTypeTimeOnly. Is there a limitation here or am I not getting the correct format or syntax?

@Neal_t_k Sorry for the delayed response and thank you for your response. I ended up taking things in a different direction so my original post wasn't needed. Hopefully your response may help someone else down the road though. Thanks again.

Can someone give me the correct syntax for this? I have a field {owner_city} that contains a city or township name. It is populated following the user selecting an address or location via geopoint, then a pulldata function hits a polygon layer in one of our map services to get said city or township name. (We need the political jurisdiction instead of the zip code city). This field may also be blank if the user doesn't know or locate an address in the geopoint step. In my report I would like to have a line displayed that completes the following: If {owner_city} is populated (i.e. the pulldata function returns a value) return... "This address is located within {owner_city}." If {owner_city} is not populated return "This address is outside of the county or was not provided by the user." I've tried a handful of conditional statements and I'm not getting the correct syntax for importing the Word doc.

@IsmaelChivite Sorry, I did a little more digging and didn't come across anything that indicated the house number and street name have separate fields in the json. The house number does have its own, so that's good. @IsmaelChivite Is there any chance this is an option now? I'd like to extract just the address (house number + street name) from the geocode result in the same way one can extract the city, state and so on. I've tried the Address property shown here by way of pulldata("@json",${reversegeocode_json_output},"address.Address") but that didn't work. The Reverse Geocode sample in Survey123 Connect is what I used as a basis for that.

I published my app to our local server and tested Safari and Chrome on two separate iPhones, then Chrome and Firefox and an Android. Safari and Chrome both displayed the EP widget as they should across both systems. Firefox does NOT display it correctly - the top half of the Select button/window is cut off and scrolling to the top of the EP window is not available. Just FYI.
