If my repeat contains: Charlie Smith Mali Woods River Phoenix Chewy Dogg ${#crews} ${name_label} ${/} - will output: Charlie Smith Mali Woods River Phoenix Chewy Dogg ${#crews} ${name_label}, ${/} - if I add a comma after name label it will output: Charlie Smith, Mali Woods, River Phoenix, Chewy Dogg, Is there a way to not show that last comma in the report?

You are correct that a new service needs to be created. This knowledge base article describes a step by step solution. https://support.esri.com/en/Technical-Article/000023485

Thanks, Ismael. I found that if I put a space or two before ${/} it separates the photos with spaces. It looks cleaner than having the photos jammed up against each other. Is it possible to put each photo in its own table cell? This is as close as I could get.

It is not clear to me how I can use the feature report syntax to display photos from an image question with a multiline appearance "to perfectly control how photos in your report are placed." When I used the syntax, with or without a table, the two photos from my question were placed vertically on the page. Placing the syntax in a table created a new row but still placed them vertically. Is there a way to place the photos horizontally?

A few weeks ago I noticed the the button icons on the left side of the Connect window are not visible. This is what I am used to seeing: While creating a new survey today I found that checkmarks are not appearing in a select multiple question I see the same issue with check marks in the v3.9.149 of the field app on windows. I also don't see the < at the top when I want to go back to the previous screen. I reinstalled Connect 3.9.120 today but it did not fix the issues. I'm running Windows 10 I'm running v3.7x of Connect and the field app on a Windows 7 machine and I don't have these issues.

A searchable site where users can share their final Survey123 solutions. Possibly modeled on the ArcGIS Code Sharing site Let's say you've been asked to create a survey for parking enforcement or a sanitary sewer mainline inspection. In addition to starting with the person who is asking for this information where can you find a detailed solution? In GeoNet you might find that a user has posted an xls form as part of a question. But you can only find that xls form if you are searching for a specific question. I find it helpful to look at other users solutions. Sometimes there is data being collected that I didn't even think of including on my form. Sometimes it is a calculation or combination of methods that deepens my understanding of the syntax. I learn, I borrow and sometimes I'm inspired to try something new. I propose a User Solutions site for final solutions shared by others in the community that is searchable by topic. The ArcGIS Code Sharing site would be a good template to use. The author can include a summary and description to further describe the particular solution. Thank you for your consideration.

I had a similar problem with a two form, one service solution where different users are filling out each form. The second survey pulls down existing surveys through the inbox for editing. The second survey is supposed to add the username and email metadata but it doesn't add those values. This was replicated with a case I had with ESRI "Confirmed that when the second survey is used to create a new submission, it populates username and email without any issues, but when it is used to edit an existing submission from the inbox, it does not write into those fields anymore". The analyst assigned it to the same BUG-000113164. My workaround was to use a pulldata function to add the email addresses.

I have a dashboard being fed from different Survey123 data sources. These forms were created a different times for different purposes but all are related to the same overall subject activity. Is it possible to create an indicator that summarizes the total count across the different indicators?

Survey123 v3.7.57 I have the same question. I added username to a survey, re-published and submitted a survey. I queried the table through the service and turned on all fields. The value for username is blank for the survey I submitted.

@ Derek Konofalski Finally got my flows working again with help from ESRI tech support. I am able to edit existing records from previously created surveys before I added a flow. I am able to have more than one webhook on the same survey. I know how to rename the webhooks. The list below was created a couple of weeks ago after my last tech support call and it is generally what we did then and what I followed tonight to get all of my flows working again. 1. Delete old webhooks from Survey123.arcgis.com. 2. From Microsoft Flow (Power Automate), edit the flow, delete the trigger, and make a new trigger with a new ArcGIS Online connection. 3. Select the targeted survey. 4. Fix other modules that were affected by the change. 5. Click Save. 6. In survey123.arcgis.com, check to see if the webhook was created. If not, go to the flow workflow and switch to another survey. And then go back. 7. Rename the webhook so another flow workflow webhook can be added to the survey. 8. Check the box next to Existing Records Edited. 9. Repeat steps 2-7 for other flow workflows. 10. In the Survey123 field app, re-download the survey. 11. Edit the survey and submit it. The flows should go through. I had 7 flows. 1 is production and the other 6 are experimental. #2 deleting the trigger did not lose any steps below it. Once you re-add the same survey it hooks back up again. #6 is a weird thing to have to do. I only had to do it once tonight. #10 It's probably safest to re-download the survey even though sometimes you don't really have to. I don't know why. I had to add another Survey123 connection. I have 5 now. You can't rename these connection so you can't tell which ones are attached to each survey. I've read that these connections have two week tokens. If that is true then I should have had to refresh the other 4 but I didn't. I don't really understand why some seem to last for months and some seem to not last more than 2 weeks. These connections truly are black boxes.

Can I have both in the new Explorer for iOS? I have been using a tpk (raster) and a vtpk (vector) in a mmpk on Explorer for about year. Works great. Can I also have a web map with some layers that change more often? That will download on a schedule?
