Hey there,    I took a look at the GPS in question, and was not able to find a way to sync these routes onto the GPS's. Theoretically, you could load them onto the GPS using Garmin's software and some shapefiles (source: did something similar with handheld Garmin's back in college) but I'm not sure if this is supported with this particular unit. If they support the standard NMEA outputs, you could have the GPS running in Tracker (or Field apps) to show where the user is within the ArcGIS suite of products. This could potentially be accomplished with GeoEvent Server, there is an output that sends out an email if a condition is met (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/geoevent/latest/disseminate-and-notify/send-an-email.htm) Setting up that condition would be the primary challenge, but once that is done you could run it on ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise. ...
