Hello Kim, thank you for reaching out. To clarify, are you trying to export it to PowerPoint, pdf, or Excel? If so, the ArcGIS PowerBI visual is not supported for those export formats. Please view the Limitations section here for more info. We do have enhancement requests logged for these issues, so if you have maintenance with us please log a case so that I can add you to it.

Hello Vicky, thank you for replying. Could you confirm the version of PowerBI Desktop you are using? You may find this info by opening PowerBI Desktop, clicking on file, and selecting About. Additionally, could you comment on how you are publishing to PowerBI Online? Is the visual failing in PowerBI Online, or is it failing when you try to embed the project in another site?

Hello Georgia, As of January of this year, Plus subscriptions have been retired. Please read through this blurb for more info: Plus subscriptions have been retired and are no longer available. If you were a Plus subscriber, maps you created using your Plus account may look different when you view them. If you used secure or premium content in your maps—such as premium basemaps, Living Atlas reference layers, or infographics cards—this content is replaced with default content included with the standard (free) version of ArcGIS Maps for Power BI. To continue using premium content in your maps, sign in using your ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise account. If you don't have an account, sign up for a free trial. Public ArcGIS accounts are not supported. Maps containing premium content are visible only to ArcGIS users with the appropriate privileges. If you're not signed in to ArcGIS, you'll see a message blocking maps that contain premium or secure content and you'll need to sign in to view the map as it was designed. If you're opening a map-enabled report that does not contain premium or secure content, there's no need to sign in to view and interact with the map. Hey Brad, hope this finds you well. I apologize for the delay in getting a response. Could you clarify the type of time slider you would like to see in Insights? Time enabled content will typically work in Insights cards but I have a feeling that you are speaking about a ArcGIS Pro like time slider. Unfortunately it does not seem like we have this within the product at this time That being said, you are able to create and use a time series graph. This might prove to be a workable alternative for you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

At ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 with Insights 2020.1 I am able to view an Insights workbook with a viewer account. So long as the workbook and underlying datasets are shared to the ArcGIS Enterprise level, this user should be able to access this no problem.
