Hello Robert, This may be a viable solution, at least one worth to test. However, I believe that the related tables will not update without some kind of extension (via a python script as you mentioned)

Hello Robert, "That is an interesting question... You are able to connect to the Geodatabase as you would to any SQL server db. Updates and edits to the main table will work, but there will likely be problems updating the related items. ArcGIS clients are aware of the relationships because they know to query the geodatabase repository for relationship classes, etc. It's built into the client code. The PowerApps app isn't aware that the geodatabase repository exists so it will only update the main table.

Hello William, To initialize the Term Set, you must be a term set admin. Please follow the workflow below to complete this: Go to Sharepoint homepage. Click on app launcher - top left of page Admin Under Admin Centers click SharePoint Click term store Add user as a Term Store Administrator Go back to ArcGIS Maps for Sharepoint App Configuration page and initialize the term set (It might take a minute for the ArcGIS Maps Search to be added to the Taxonomy Term Store). Hello Alexandra, After some digging, I was able to find this document which insinuates that Enterprise Logins (SAML Included) should work as expected within the ArcGIS Maps for PowerBI Application. Please let me know if you have any follow up questions!

Hey David, If this is occurring in PowerBI Desktop, my first recommendation would be to reinstall PowerBI Desktop with the latest and greatest. You can find this installer here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/

Anytime David, I aim to please. Could you comment on your secondary issue a bit? Are you by any chance attempting to modify a default color ramp with custom colors?

Hello Emeric, Thank you for reaching out. I've taken the liberty of testing your workflow and am following up with my findings. It appears that I can only conduct Drive Time analysis when editing the visual. Outside of this context, I am only able to drag the map around, zoom, and turn layer visibility off. This behavior still holds true when working with an enterprise connection, I'm afraid.

Hello there Paul, At this time, ArcGIS Maps for PowerBI does not have the ability to conduct analysis with the reference layer from ArcGIS Online / ArcGIS enterprise. You are able to view the reference layer's information via pop-ups which were pre configured in AGOL.

Hello Michael, ArcGIS for PowerBI does not currently update the map in real time. It will display a snapshot of the data as it was during the configuration of the application. Even those that have push to update set up would not be reflected within the visual.

As of January 2020, PowerBI requires an add on license in order to have access to premium content (source). However, depending on your workflow, you may not need this feature. The standard user type comes with many features at no cost to you! Please see this document for more info.
