The nested relate table won't be shown in iOS in my iPad, I am not sure about iPhone. It works on my nexus5 though.

In the following article, it says " Collector supports these nested relationships but only 3 relationship classes deep (hydrant > inspections > violations)." http://blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2015/02/18/related-tables-exploring-new-ways-to-use-collector-for-arcgis/ but it seems it is only true on Android, but not iOS. I only have 3 levels of relationship in my case. My iOS and Collector are all up to date. Am I alone on this?Miaogeng Zhang

It can sort the display order inside the relate table, but the display of the relate tables is still determined by the order the relationship classes are defined in ArcCatalog. Furthermore, I want to sort the display by the importance and relevance of the tables and fields, rather than by the alphabetical orders. So the ability to manually adjust the order is necessary. Thanks.

It seems the related tables will be shown in the order of how the relationship classes are defined in ArcCatalog. and once the relationship classes are defined, there is no easy way to re-order it on the client side (ArcMap, WebMap)! you have to delete all the relationship classes and re-create the relationship classes in your desired display order for Collector(Webmap) or ArcMap. I have multiple layers with multiple relationship classes respectively, and I found this is a tedious process to re-order the relationship classes in order to get the right display order in Collector. I believe there must be a good reason for not to allow users to change the order of he relationship classes in the Geodatabase, but I also believe there should be a better way to change the order of the display on the client side...

This should be a no-brainer function, I don't know why ESRI didn't implemented it at the first place. data collection form should be separate from underlying data model. there must be a way to abstract a virtual form from the underlying tables...

I am trying to add a secure service inside of my organisation into ArcGIS Online from internet. there are lots of stuff between AGOL and my GIS server, proxy, firewalls and other network and security stuff which I don't have much idea about. my best guess is that the request string is somehow corrupted when passing all those checkpoints. obviously, this is a long shoot...

Have you ever seen this when adding a secured service as an item in ArcGIS Online? When it asked me for credentials, and I selected the "Store credentials with service item" option. I am quite sure the credential is correct, because if I copy and paste the service URL directly into the address bar in the browser, I can use the same login to unlock the service and see the service details. I noticed "ArcGIS Online supports ArcGIS Server authentication (not Web Tier authentication) for adding and accessing secure services." Hi Jeff, It doesn't allow me to change the "allowGeometryUpdates" settings at the layer level although I can do it at the service level. well, I think I have to give it up for now. thanks for the admin rest API tip, which might help me out in other occasions. Cheers, Simo

Did you enable the offline mode of this hosted tile layer? you can turn on this option by editing the layer. see details here: Take maps offline—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS https://doc.arcgis.com/en/collector/android/create-maps/offline-map-prep.htm If you want to save credits, you can build tiles on your own machine and create a tile package, and upload to AGOL, then publish a tile service. Publish tiles—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Anyway, you need to enable offline editing to allow users to download the tiles.

Hi Maogeng, You are right, republishing the service to AGOL seems solved the problem. Offline editing and Syncing back to AGOL is one of the key features of my current project, are there any pitfalls that I need to take extra cautions to avoid? Thanks for your help.
