We have seen 0 altitude before at iOS. But it happens randomly and it recovers soon. The floor panel content is from "Name" field at Facilities layer and "Name" field at Levels. I don't remember ArcGIS Explorer has the capability to turn all the layers on or off. One way is to create a group layer and put associated layers as a group. This can help the workflow. You can also add this into idea page.  ... View more

The field name is NAME_SHORT instead of SHORT_NAME, you can see https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/indoors/arcgis-indoors-information-model.htm as a reference.
