Is it hosted feature service or server feature service? Here are something you can try. You can go to the REST endpoint for that service and go to the Replicas link on the feature service check to see if any Replica IDs exist for that service. Switch account and remove the account then sign in again. When the account is removed, the offline data doesn't go away. You just sign out. Regarding duplicate features, could you check two things 1) in online map mode, do you see duplicate features 2) If you choose Create a version for each user , does it make a difference? I can reproduce the issue in your service. But the issue seems happening in Server side. I can't reproduce in house and thus we can't get to the bottom of the issue. From the server log, it mentions GIS.CollectorPoints__ATTACH. Maybe you want check GIS.CollectorPoints__ATTACH and see if something unusual. You can also try to Delete Attachment and re-create the attachment in SDE. ... View more
