The field name is NAME_SHORT instead of SHORT_NAME, you can see https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/indoors/arcgis-indoors-information-model.htm as a reference. Have you tried to install ArcGIS Online certificate to see if it can be a workaround?  Here's the workflow: In your web browser, login to ArcGIS Online. Once you are logged in, click on the small lock icon next to the URL and click Certificate. When the certificate window opens, click the Details tab and click Copy to File... I did some test with agol using a view with a related table. after recreating the managed area, the newly added domain shows at Collector after downloading again. For those tablets that doesn't work, do you re-download the area?  ... View more
