Hi Dante, Apologies for the delay in response. Per, Reverse Geocode—ArcGIS REST API | ArcGIS for Developers , you can specify the output coordinate system by using the outSR parameter in the request; for Survey123 (which internally uses WGS1984), the correct code would be outSR=4326

Hi Linda, Apologies for the delay in response. Survey123 can be used to create a check-out form. You could visualize what devices are out using the data tab, but to feed a calendar centric view you would want to migrate the data to a calendar. One possibility might be to create a webhook that creates a new event based on the submission; an example of that (to create appointments) is featured in Massachusetts Keeps Drinking Water Safe - Esriwww.esri.com › about › newsroom › arcnews › massac...

Hi Ben, Apologie for the delay in response. If the person is working for a different contractor, why would they keep the wrong company's information in the form? The choice_filter column does not use a full XLSForm expression. It you have an 'other' option in the choice question that causes the cascade, you could make a set of choices available when the respondent select 'other' in the cascading select (essentially a copy of the common roles you would want them to select from).

Hi Charlotte, Apologies for the delay in response. Generally, choices should be unique. In your example, you have 3 attributes: - State - City - Neighborhood You should create a unique string to represent each neighborhood; one way to do that would be to give each city a unique value and add the neighborhood name (say, MA_Boston_A). Given the relationships between state, city and neighborhood, you may also want to consider using cascading selects to make it easier to filter the choices - see Cascading and external selects—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation and Cascading Selects and External Selects

Hello, Apologies for the delay in response. Currently, creating a report from Power Automate is possible only through the manual creation of a webhook action to trigger the report creation and monitor the job status. The Survey123 team is researching the possibility of incorporating feature report in to the Power Automate connector in the future.

Hi Doug, Apologies for the delay in response. You are correct, setting required=yes will not turn off the 'Allow null values' field option. You would need to publish from ArcGIS Pro if you have a requirement for non-null at the database level.

Hi James, As Publish your survey—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation indicates, you can add fields without requiring the creation of a new feature service.

Hi Katherine, There isn't a direct number padding/formatting function in the XLSForm; that being said, we should be able to do this in the future with custom JS function (currently in beta) using the .toFixed() method - JavaScript Number Methods

Hi Raquel, How was the form associated with the feature service (did Survey123 Connect do this automatically or did you manually specify; if the latter, how did you specify it)?

Hi Eduardo, I believe I addressed this in the pulldata blog comment you posted - the form and all resources used by the form (images, CSV files) need to have the same sharing in order for the form to function.

Hi Eduardo, From your description, you have a fundamental issue in sharing - if the form needs to be shared with everyone, than the CSV file will also need to be shared to everyone; otherwise the pulldata function cannot work.

Hi Matthew, Pulldata only returns 1 value. It can be used to populate a multiple choice question, but only with the 1 value. An alternative would be to have a repeat section that uses pulldata to retrieve a value; you could then use the join() function to calculate a list of values into the multiple choice.

Hi Dena, It sounds like you have version locking (which would preserve the functionality at time of publish) off. As noted in https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2020/02/19/upcoming-changes-to-survey123-web-forms-query-parameters , the use of objectId is deprecated in favor of using globalId as the parameter to specify a record.

Hi, Depending on the workflow, there are a couple of ways to accomplish this: 1. Have a pop-up that opens Survey123 pre-populating questions with existing field values. Refer to Integrate with other apps—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation 2. Currently in beta, you can create a custom javascript function to retrieve values. Refer to the Early Adopter Community information for details.
