Hi Dena, - The HTML code loading was an issue fixed with 3.10. Unfortunately you will either need to upgrade the links sent out or have the rendering be visible. - Yes, it is still advisable to continue to migrate to GlobalID-based links. As mentioned, you will either need to update the links sent or remain at 3.9 for the links to work.

Thanks for the clarification. Given that, I'll reset the status of this issue to 'Reviewed'. To note, the report capability allows you to specify exactly which fields are displayed in a printable record.

Questions with the 'hidden' type already do not show on the web app. If you are referring to the 'hidden' appearance or the body::esri:visible column, these are beta features described in the Early Adopter Community - part of the plan for their release is support in the web app.

Starting with version 3.10, we will support a new appearance type called 'hidden'. This is not to be confused with the 'hidden' question type. By applying the 'hidden' appearance to a geopoint question, the map will not be shown in the form to the user, but the question will be available for XLSForm expressions. Survey123 version 3.10 is planned to be released on August 6, 2020. The hidden appearance is currently available for testing in the Survey123 Early Adopter Program. Thanks very much for this ArcGIS idea.

Hi Angela, This looks to the same as the question you asked at https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/11/03/extracting-information-from-geopoint-questions?commentID=883… - is that correct?

Hi Angelia, It is possible to retrieve a reverse geocode of the address entered; see Geopoints—ArcGIS Survey123 | Documentation for more information. It isn't possible to store values entered in the geocode/geosearch box, and it may not be value you desire (for example, someone may simply type their ZIP Code and then move the map to their house). In your situation, I would recommend having distinct fields to store the written address as well.

Hi Ben, Rather than manually typing your URL, you should use the Arcade UrlEncode() function to construct the URL - this will ensure the proper number format is used.

Hi Vanessa, There is not currently a challenge/response (also referred to as CAPTCHA, from one of the most popular systems). This is because such a system would only restrict the loading of a form; the feature service (submission endpoint) would not be protected by this and still could receive non-desired submissions.

Thanks for clarifying. We are looking into ways that a specific map can be used with the Data Tab.

This now can be done by using custom JavaScript functions. Refer to Extending Survey123 smart forms with custom JS functions and the 'JavaScript' sample in Survey123 Connect.

Hi Michelle, The report template does not use HTML to specify the styling, but Word settings. I would highlight the entire section with the repeat and ensure the font sizes and styles have been set appropriately.

Hi Jade, In the situation you describe (you have existing locations), it is normally recommended to provide the list as a single choice question and then calculate the location based on the response. See the 'Calculate Location from Choice List' and 'Calculate Location from CSV' Samples available in Survey123 Connect. Yes, you can geocode within the Survey123 map questions. See Geopoints—ArcGIS Survey123 | Documentation for more details. It sounds like the layer of existing office locations is a resource that you would like to be used by the form, not the feature class that you want the responses to placed in. It shouldn't be the submission URL. I will note that with 3.10, Survey123 has introduced the option to query feature services for values in much the same way as you would use a CSV file; see Extending Survey123 smart forms with custom JS functions and the 'JavaScript' sample for more information.
