Hi, Given that you're trying to integrate a dataset that is outside the survey, You will probably need to create the separate layer and visualize in another application, Like ArcGIS Dashboard, Web App Builder, Experience Builder or a configurable application.

Hi Jordan, This is currently possible by using a custom JavaScript function that makes a spatial query - see the 'JavaScript' example available in Survey123 Connect. Additionally, I would suggest monitoring the Early Adopter Community - the next update will have an additional method to accomplish this.

Hi Michael, When using the submission URL setting, if you need to make a change that results in a new field (i.e., add a new question), you will need to add the field first to the feature service. For a feature layer view, this means that you will need to add the field to the source feature layer and then make sure it's enabled on the view by setting the view definition. Then you can add the question and publish the update.

Hi Hannajane, You can have a 1 text field that asks for the full address (i.e., "123 Sesame Street, New York, NY 10023 USA"). Are you trying to then parse out the components?

Hi Justice, Apologies for the delay in response. The basic steps are: Receive the Survey information Determine which feature needs to be updated. This is done by using an HTTP action to query the Feature Service Layer of your assets, using a unique identifier (asset id, asset, globalid, etc.) that is stored in the form Update the feature using an ApplyEdits action on the feature layer of your assets, again using an HTTP operation. Note for the feature layer HTTP actions, you will likely need a token (as the layer should be secured); currently Power Automate cannot access the token from the webhook submission, so you will need to supply a token for the webhook to use.

Hi Lisa, Apologies for the delay in response. Normally you do not need to bring the attachment table directly into a relationship; those tables are managed by the geodatabase and shouldn't be accessed on their own in normal use by clients like ArcGIS Pro. It would probably take a bit more of a discussion to work out the best solution for how your data is structured, but one of the quickest would be reverse the relate - update the Survey123 information with the locations from the existing dataset, add other fields from the existing dataset as necessary, and use the Survey123 data as the layer you are viewing in a web application.

Hi Rob, Looking at the BNG locator, it appear that it does not support reverse geocoding - this a property that would be enabled by the service author. Given that this is hosted by Esri UK, you may want to reach out to them to understand what the best reverse geocode solution might be - perhaps Carmel Connolly could help identify an appropriate contact? On the What3Words locator, the error message might indicate the sharing is mis-set on the embedded locator or the API key used asa. password is no longer valid. Does the locator work in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer (As mentioned as the last step of 'Making it available to your team' in the W3W tutorial doc)?

Hi Kyle, There can be a few reasons for an unpacking error: 1) A transient issue occurred in the download of the form to the device; 2) the zip library on the device has an error while unzipping the form. Can you provide details of what devices are being used? Are you able to clear out any files that may be left over in the form (they will be located in <user_home>/ArcGIS/My Surveys/ on Windows/Mac, /sdcard/ArcGIS/My Surveys/ on Android).
