Hi @HélèneTouyéras , This would be much better raising with Esri Support as a BUG than as an Idea in the Esri Community.  This was noted late in our development of the 3.12 release, but the only cases we've previously seen that this affected involved cascading selects that needed to retain a value in different cascades; that issue was solved by providing more comprehensive evaluation capability in cascading selects.  The strict requirement of your user to show choice list as is a new requirement.  That being said, are they truly a 'domain' in the geodatabase sense?  I would think it would have the same issue that Survey123 does, in that given that there are multiple labels for a given value, it would only show the first label in the list. ... Hi @SwathiIyengar , Due to U.S. export regulations, there are some localities that Survey123 cannot be made available for via app stores.  I would suggest working with your Esri account manager or Esri Customer Service to identify an alternate method of distribution.  The most common case that I am aware of for this scenario is an authorized exception to the regulations (for instance, an NGO whose workers are located in the locality). ... Hi @dgray , While it is possible to have a  form access and update existing information, it sounds like it would be more useful to use the form in an editing mode.  For information on editing in the field app, refer to Prepare for editing existing survey data in the Survey123 documentation. For editing in the web app, refer to this blog in Esri Community. In terms of retrieving values, that is possible through the use of custom JavaScript functions.  The ability to populate a picklist is currently in beta in the Survey123 Early Adopter Community. ... Hi @DEAF_PROBERT_68 , I'm not quite sure I understand what you are asking for.  The map settings for a form will be saved when set and then saved by leaving the Map tab; returning to the map tab will show the same location.  Are you asking for Survey123 Connect to use the map settings of a form as the default for another form? ...
