Brian, We are in the process of creating a project with a large number of assignment types, say around 100 types.  Is there an easier way of filtering the assignments by type in the Dispatcher map after they are created other than just typing the assignment type in the search bar? Unfortunately no, there is no way to filter the assignment types other than through the search bar. We do have it in our backlog to include a multi-select dropdown for assignment types (similar to the status dropdown) but that hasn't been assigned to a release.   And if we can't do it on the Dispatcher map itself, is there some other product (like Web AppBuilder or Experience Builder) that we can bring in the Dispatcher map and filter it that way?  What has worked for others that have a lot of assignment types to sort through? I know other users have projects with at least many assignment types so they may have ideas.  There is no ability in Workforce to include a widget or component from another product like Web AppBuilder or Experience Builder, into Workforce. Hello, I'm on the latest Workforce for Android. It takes ages for the app to update the new Todo list, even with manual hitting the Sync button. I sometimes have to turn off the app and come back to try the Sync and it works. The new Workforce mobile app will perform a sync every 15 mins, unless there are local edits (i.e. Worker's location or status have changed or an assignment has been changed in the app). In the case when there are local edits, the sync will be performed every 60 secs.  If you aren't changing anything in the mobile app, this could explain why it seems to take ages to update the To Do list. Manually tapping the sync button should initiate and complete a sync in a relatively short period of time (i.e. under 1 min).  Are you trying to sync a large number of assignments or assignments with a large number of attachments? Hello Torsten, When can we use the new workforce in the portal environment? Will there be an additional update ? We're working on the final issues now for our update to support the new Workforce on top of Enterprise 10.8.1. Bryan, Couple things: - On the assignments layer, ensure Editing is enabled.  Click the overflow command (the ...) and see if Editing is enabled. - You'll want to ensure you're only deleting the Completed assignments; so you'll want to filter on all assignments where the status = Completed to only display those. - You can either delete the features one by one in the map or the table. Or you can select multiple and assignments to delete them. There is a faster way to do this; however, it involves editing the REST endpoint for the assignments feature layer.  If you're not comfortable doing that, I'd suggest doing this through the Map Viewer.  You could also do this through ArcGIS Pro. Bryan, Surprisingly, we haven't gotten a lot of requests for a Delete button in the Dispatcher app for Workforce. You can delete these assignments in any web app that edits feature services; such as the Map Viewer in ArcGIS Online.  For users who do not or cannot script this; manually deleting them in the Map Viewer is what most do.
