Unfortunately, checkboxes are not supported in the Form Template at this time; only combo boxes or radio buttons are supported. I know the team responsible for this has checkbox support on their roadmap but I don't know what their timeframe is for support.

hello Ankit, With respect to your question "Specifically, I am seeking guidance on how to incorporate various question types, such as radio buttons and checkboxes, within the widget" The all of the properties and configurations set on the feautreForm are handled via the formTemplate property. You can configure the formTemplate through the the Forms command available in Map Viewer. The formTemplate contains form elements that define if a fields appear as radio buttons or checkboxes.

Thanks @GustavoMiralesSilva - this makes sense with what we're seeing. The issue is the following: The Primary Key in the Empreendimento layer is "GlobalID" In the relationship class json, the "GlobalID" field is referred to as "keyField" : "GlobalId" - note the lowercase "d" This is a casing issue; it's not possible to create a relationship class like this through Pro - so we're looking at how we/if can fix this. In your case, the fix should be to delete the relationship class and recreate it ensuring the casing matches. That should address the issue. If it doesn't - let me know - we can keep looking into it.

@GustavoMiralesSilva we've tracked down the issue and it has to do with how the relationship class is defined. Can you help us to look at this by explaining how you created the point feature layer, related table and relationship class? thank you, Craig

Hi @GustavoMiralesSilva is it possible to invite my public user, "craig_sp", to the Group with the feature service and map so I can take a look at the data? We had a few issues around GUIDs that we addressed at the end of the release, but they were around the use of calculated expressions. It doesn't sound like that is your issue. I'd like to look at your data so I can see if I can determine what is happening. Craig

Hello, here are the steps I've tried Click Start on an assignment Tap Notes to add a note, the keyboard appears. Enter some notes. With the keyboard visible, change the assignment to Pause. While Paused, the assignment cannot be edited Still unable to repro this @michellekduncan - are you using a Phone or an iPad? What version of iOS?

@michellekduncan Are you using iOS or Android? Which version of the Workforce app? Are you able to provide a video or detailed steps to reproduce this? I just tried with the latest iOS app for Workforce and Notes are saved. thanks, fyi @HeatherMcCracken @PiyaliKundu2

@Anonymous User Setting the popup would be controlled within the Dispatcher web map; so if you have the correct privilege in your organization, you can edit the web map popup configuration to account for this. Craig

Does the feature have a field that has the civic address stored in it? If so, you can set that field to be the popup title and Workforce will use the popup title as the Location of the assignment. "Also, is there a way to automatically assign the priority based on the road type? i.e. since the road is indicated on the map in red, this assignment should be marked as high priority." - Unfortunately, no, this is not possible. You'd need to set this manually or have some post processing through a Python script.

@Anonymous User yes, it's possible but depends on how you're creating the assignments in Workforce. If you're creating them from existing features, you can set the popup title of the feature use the location field in the feature. If you're creating the assignments without an existing feature, it should be using the default Locator that you have setup in your organization. Craig
