Does the feature have a field that has the civic address stored in it?  If so, you can set that field to be the popup title and Workforce will use the popup title as the Location of the assignment. "Also, is there a way to automatically assign the priority based on the road type? i.e. since the road is indicated on the map in red, this assignment should be marked as high priority." - Unfortunately, no, this is not possible.  You'd need to set this manually or have some post processing through a Python script. ... @Anonymous User yes, it's possible but depends on how you're creating the assignments in Workforce.  If you're creating them from existing features, you can set the popup title of the feature use the location field in the feature.   If you're creating the assignments without an existing feature, it should be using the default Locator that you have setup in your organization. thanks @mapmcburney - we'll have to take a look at the network traffic to try and direct this to the right team to look at it Using Chrome, get to the point where you are about to click “Save” to create the Map Area, open More Tools > Developer tools Make sure the Network tab is selected Click “Save” and wait until the process completes  To find the details of why the packaging failed Filter for any calls that have the term “job” – the Filter textbox is in the upper left hand corer of Developer Tools.
