@Anonymous User , Thanks for the information. If you have two layers (one point layer and another line layer) with exact same properties, since one survey cannot target two layers, it would be good to just add two Survey widgets and each survey in it targets the point/line layer separately.

Hi @Anonymous User , Are there any connections/relationships between the point layer and line layer? Or the survey you want users to submit when selecting a point or a line is the same one or two different surveys? If it's two different surveys, you can add two Survey widgets in the app and connect each of them to the point and line layer by using the "Send data to this survey" setting in the Survey widget. Hence, clicking a point or a line on the map can open the corresponding survey.

Hi @AprilChipman , Which app do you use to display the map? If Experience Builder could be a candidate, then the "Send data to this survey" capability of the Survey widget there may help: the selected line geometry on the map can copied to the map question in the survey automatically and leave other questions to fill for the user.

Hi @Richard_Purkis , Currently on the My surveys page of the Survey123 website, as long as you can see the survey and have the publisher privilege, there should be a "Save as" action in the context menu of the survey card. For example, if you share a survey via Collaborate->Share results to a group that includes users from another org, those users can see the survey in your org in their "Surveys I can view results for" tab on the My surveys page. From there, they can save the survey from your org as a new one. Can this help your workflow?

As "400: Unable to complete operation" is a typical error message that could also easily searched by other users, it would be great if you can help create a new post in the Survey123 community with sharing the following information: A minimum XLSForm that can reproduce the issue Is the feature service in the Enterprise a hosted feature service or a stand-alone feature service? @majidalabrawi , We are still evaluating/collecting use cases for this scenario. Would you mind sharing some info about your workflow? For example: What is the app the user tries to print a report? Compared to a dedicated report workflow, e.g. the report panel on the Survey123 Data page or even a report widget in Experience Builder, how can this "click a URL to show a simple web page to generate the report" workflow help? Note: Based on our current evaluation, it is not suitable to directly generate a report by clicking a URL because it would be difficult to re-download the report if you missed it the first time and also could time out if it takes some time to generate the report. Instead, we are evaluating a new simple web page that can be opened by clicking a URL and on that page, the user can confirm/trigger the report generation, and retrieve/re-download the report file. Will the above approach work for your workflow?

Hi @ZoevdbAT , To help us locate the cause of the issue, in addition to accepting the selected geometry to the map question in the survey, I think you can add an additional text/number question in the survey to accept the object ID of the selected feature on the map in the Experience Builder app. By observing the result of the text/number question, you can confirm if the object ID/geometry passed to the survey is the one you selected on the map or it wrongly switches to another feature. If you can confirm the object ID passed to the survey is the same feature that owns the selected geometry, it sounds there is something wrong when copying the geometry from the map widget to the survey. In this case, can you share the spatial reference of the map? Additionally, it would be helpful if you don't mind sharing a screen recording of your case so we can understand the issue better. Hi @FRSadmin , Yes, the latest version of Survey123 web app can now display image/audio media files in select_one or select_multiple questions as a reference for submitters. Please see the doc topic mentioned by James in the original solution post. In addition, you can also create a sample survey that includes images/audios in choices from the "Media" sample survey in Survey123 Connect. Although this sample survey only includes select_one question, you can easily duplicate the behavior to a select_multiple question.
