Hi @studebakers_Boulder , The Data page on the Survey123 website supports URL parameters to update all settings in the Report panel, you can check them by change any settings and observe the URL in the browser. For example, you can use outputReportName: to define the Report name in the dialog, such as  https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys/<surveyId>/data?objectIds=1&report=outputReportName:hardCodeReportName  As long as the user opens the Data page via the URL provided by you, the Report name will be always the same. The current editing of an existing record on the right panel of the Data page is actually an embedded Survey123 web app, also with the expand button (right to the trash can button) to expand the panel if the survey design is complex. ... After which exact step, did you see this error? switched the "source" layer - Did you just choose another layer from the same map or re-configure the map widget to another source first？ From the last paragraph, it looks this issue even occurs in a new experience, can you please confirm if this only occurs for the same map/layer source or also applies to other map/layer source? ... @erica_poisson ,  Does your survey include any pulldata @ layer function? We identified an issue that if the survey contains any pulldata @ layer function and was published between the October 2022 release and December 2022 Update, a loading error will occur.   Republishing the survey can repair this issue and a hotfix before 12/15 will also be applied to the web app to fix this issue. ... @Teresa_Blader  The fieldworker/form view of a survey is designed only for collecting data, not for viewing or querying data. @AnthonyJonesRSK , In XLSForm, you can add a note question named as `generated_note_prompt_captcha` to enable the CAPTCHA capability in the web app. See the second question in FAQ in this session: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-videos/what-s-new-in-arcgis-survey123-december-2022/m-p/1239357#M59  This is similar to https://docdev.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/xlsformnotes.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_31E80EF0A30346F2B083BA1524B378D9 , where we will add this syntax to the table in the next doc update. Hi @Anonymous User , The first error message (red bar) look like being failed to load the .xml (xForms) file on the Survey123 website while the second error message being failed to load the .csv file in the web app.   If you didn't republish the survey recently, can you please try the survey later or in another network environment?  If the issue continues, can you please share the survey files (.xlsx, .csv)  and the Survey123 Connect version you last published it so we can look into the details? ... Hi @LMedeirosUI , Just clear the grid settings in the style column on the settings sheet does not change any behavior of your survey but only the questions layout.
