Funny, I just imported all of my custom 24-k map products into Pro and am in the very exact situation you are in: very dependent on representation symbology...and I was just exploring how I could get the rotation angel out of the representation override for some of my point layers. Some discussion on that at https://community.esri.com/ideas/10410-graphics-and-free-text-in-arcgis-pro-maps?messageTarget=all&start=100&mode=comments which really didn't work for me. We do make edits to the representation symbols as part of our QA process to improve map readability. I may not word this correctly, BUT, sure would be cool to customize having multiple Catalog Views open. Here's my scenario. I have one "Master" Pro Project where I generally do most of my enterprise data administration from (that part of it that I can actually do in Pro). I'm constantly going up and down between Servers, Databases, Folders, Portal, etc...I usually have several Cat Views open at once and have no idea which one is pointing at what. What I'd like is a customizeable catalog view where I can have: A Catalog view that always opens to Servers and the tab is titled "Servers" A Catalog view that always opens to Databases and the tab is titled "Databases" A Catalog view that always opens to Folders and the tab is titled "Folders" A Catalog view that always opens to Portal My Content and is titled "My Content" Furthermore, ESRI shouldn't bake in these customizeations. They should be user-customizeable where I can select what ever the Cat View will open up to and the name. Favorites really doesn't meet this need, allthough the favorites functionality can be expanded to meet this need. Similar to https://community.esri.com/ideas/15364-rename-layouts-and-maps-on-tab and let's hope my screen shot is so convincing that people think it's already implemented and post questions asking how to turn it on.

XY attributes are not linked to the feature geometry (shape) and will not update until you right click and select Calculate Geometry.

So editor tracking is the culprit. When CREATEUSER and EDITUSER both default to "Some Name", and editor tracking is turned on, the map will not download (Portal 10.6.1, Unfederated Server 10.6.1, SDE 10.7)

We're in a bit of a pickle with Editor Tracking, as we can't track Editor or Creator as that involves collection of PII, so we only track EDITDATE and CREATDATE. However, I set the default for EDITUSER and CREATUSER as both "GRSM User".

Was there ever a resolution to this? We're now suddenly seeing this error on feature services that have no shared domains or field names, single feature class in the service, on new and existing services. Never had these problems with Collector Classic.

I'd encourage everyone in this thread experiencing this issue to log a case with tech support, as performance issues are universally not solvable via GN. Let's make 2.5 the "Fix all the Performance Bugs" release! Get those cases logged!

We have found 250 instances to be the max, regardless of ram/cores. That could be 5 services each with min instances set to 50, or 25 services with min instances set to 10. Coincidentally, this applies to a multi-machine site as well. 3-machine cluster? Anything more than 25 services with min instances set to 10 and it starts wobbling.

Does anyone know the answer to this, or why it's restricted to per-user installation only? We to restrict users from installing apps even in their own profile, and have a requirement for many people to use S123. Having IT to have to do that many installs will have us looking to another vendor.

This only works if you take the time to label all of your layout elements. I frequently have 20 or 30, all named Text 1, text 2, text 10, Picture 1, Picture 2, Picture 10....so you have to hunt and peck for which layout item you're wanting to reorder, and your focus is on the contents pane, not the layout. In ArcMap, I can keep my focus on the actual elements, and click on the one(s) I want to promote or demote. Definitely less efficient than in Arcmap.
