Pro does have performance issues, but, not with a project with many maps and layouts. We've pushed the envelope with several hundred of each with no (addition) performance degradation. Save your project with all maps and layouts closed; when you open it with them already open, Pro can take 20+ minutes to open Export all your maps and layouts as map and layout files, open them in another project, save, close, open. Same issue? Your quickest resolution will be with tech support, GN solves a lot of issues, but performance has never been one of them.

When I export from map or layout, the clipping remains. You'll need more details that are specific to your workflow (exact steps to reproduce), which you'll need if this goes to tech support (likely outcome). In addition, what kind of video card are you running? Is that a vector tile layer that is being clipped?

Before you can troubleshoot the GIS side of the issue, you need to isolate if 1433 is working correctly. Can you install SQL management Studio on the same computer, and can you connect to the database? In addition, it looks like service account permissions has been an issue in the past, https://community.esri.com/thread/74529, https://community.esri.com/thread/139759, https://community.esri.com/thread/168146, https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000012689, https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/166801/registering-a-database-on-arcgis-with-operating-system-authentication, how is your SQL database engine authenticating, does your GIS server account have the correct permissions?

That sounds like a TS case, as there could be a driver-specific issue that is causing the problem. ESRI is pretty good at working with hardware vendors (e.g video card) to maintain compatibility. Is this software or hardware RAID? What vendor? What type of disks behind the RAID? Are you able to break the RAID and go to 0,1, or 10? Same problem in 2.4 or ArcMap? What errors are being thrown in the Windows Event Viewer?

From https://community.esri.com/ideas/12258-arcgis-pro-publish-services-to-arcgis-server?messageTarget=all&start=225&mode=comments I can now publish and overwrite a map/feature service. However, when I right-click on a GP service on an unfederated server, there is no "Overwrite" as there is with a feature service. Do I need to be right-clicking somewhere else? If I right-click on the GP tool results in history, I can share it with a FEDERATED GIS server, but there's no choice for any of my unfederated servers, which doesn't help me in either case as I'm needing to overwrite (update) the GP Service.

Done. Perhaps the documentation can be updated to reflect the label text requirement? If it already exists, it's "un-findable"......

Turns out we were violating https://www.w3.org/TR/2003/REC-xforms-20031014/slice8.html#ui-commonelems-label and not having some labels, which was preventing nested groups from working in the 3.5 update. Adding labels got the form working. We are looking at having the bug closed.

I'm just starting to kick the tires on 10.7.1 and am keenly aware of the java licensing issues associated with https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-enterprise/announcements/how-java-licensing-changes-will-affect-arcgis/. In a nutshell, Oracle pulled a "Google" (remember when the Google maps API was the greatest thing ever then they started charging?), so I totally get ESRI switch to AdoptOpenJDK JRE, which keeps me from having to pay for the JRE. What concerns me is "If your organization has a policy that requires the use of the latest version of Java at all times, you will not be able to manually update files installed by ArcGIS Enterprise. ". I have not heard of an org that does NOT require mandatory updates of Java. So for those of you that are further down the 10.7 enterprise path, how are you dealing with the Java update issue (lack of)? As per the blog, it appears that elbowing in a Java update to what's baked in the enterprise GIS install is simply not possible. Are you getting exceptions from your security team? Does the JRE that ships with GIS enterprise even show up as a java install when scanned?

Brandon Armstrong the file is attached to the case attached to the bug, the survey is not public, I'd love to put you in touch with the programmer that developed the form, email would be best. And just to be clear, S123 3.5 fixed a lot of other bugs, works great, just introduced this one very specific one.

Unfortunately, when using right-click -> properties to convert a sever connection to "Publisher" (introduced in 2.3) for the purpose of publishing services, "admin" is what you get. As said, this is a minor annoyance and in no way blocks any critical functionality, glad you could repro it.
