@Tina_LLD can you please elaborate on the survey being broken? If the error is related to the new field (lowercase name) not being present in the feature service when attempting to publish, you can try adding the field with lowercase name to the Enterprise feature service prior to adding to the XLSX Form, and then attempting to republish.  This way it will recognize the lowercase field name as existing during publish and prevent from needing to create a new one (although adding fields should generally be fine). For general reference, it is not possible to change field names of an existing feature service (limitation across ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise).   ... View more

Hi Andy, Yes, the issue related to calculations being applied to select one questions with auto complete appearance was resolved with Survey123 v.3.1. It sounds like you are encountering this issue when utilizing the predictive text appearance. My suggestion would be to create a new post with details including the v. of Survey123 you are seeing this behavior (Survey123 Connect and Survey123 Field App), the OS (Windows/Android/iOS), and a sample XLSForm with external pulldata sheet included.  This way someone can take a look with the information that will likely be needed. Hi Laor, Thank you for raising this issue, I can see the behavior that you outlined above.  If possible, it would be great if you could raise this issue with Esri Technical Support and have them log an official BUG .  This will allow you and others to track the progress of a fix and help the development team keep track of how many other Survey123 users are being affected. If you have not done so already, I would recommend taking a look at the following Blog https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2019/06/02/getting-started-with-survey123-and-integromat. This includes a short instructional video highlighting how to set up a webhook in Integromat that triggers an email when a certain condition is set.  You will see the use of the 'Run Once' option in Integromat which is helpful when testing out your webhook. Hi Kevin, Which versions of Survey123 Connect did you use to publish the survey?  From the log, I can also see that you are using version 3.3 of the field app.  As a start, can you please try to publish and submit the survey using the latest versions of Connect and the field app (3.7)? Can you also provide information regarding the version of your Enterprise environment (if you are using)?
