Python package management is a nightmare, and I know so little about it I just let Python do its thing. Taking what is for me the rare step of defending the software here, Python package authors are pretty much free to name things whatever the heck they want, and the package consumers (in this case the developer of ArcGIS Pro) have to eat crow. In terms of vulgarity, this ranks pretty low in terms of what our org pays attention to, as it doesn't cross the line of "Protected Class Harassment". David Watkins‌ https://www.esri.com/en-us/about/events/uc/get-involved/q-a#id=3925 seems to exclusively mention replication in the feature service framework "The long-term plan is to use feature service sync capability as the method for keeping in sync multiple datasets that are being independently edited.". Many of the comments in this thread make extensive reference to the fact that many enterprise customers are not "publishing" each and every feature class as a feature service. Ignoring these comments and blindly proceeding down the "feature services or nothing path" would be a very unfortunate, and disappointing, step by ESRI. If future plans include being able to perform replication and disconnected editing without the need of a Portal or GIS Server in the mix, I recommend clarifying those plans. If opposite, also suggest clarification so we can start porting our enterprise databases to another platform in preparation for ArcMap retirement. Having values that are not part of a legal domain value is a pretty common occurrence, especially "databaseizing" legacy data, which makes this bug that much more of a major issue. Example, let's say I take an old shapefile of fish tissue sample locations (for genetics testing), and one of the fields is "StreamName", I import all that into a SDE GDB, apply a domain to "StreamName", BUT, I use the NHD GNIS Names as the source for this domain (we don't want folks picking Sasquatch Creek 'cuz, sadly, it doesn't exist). However, some joker listed half the sample sites as being on Sasquatch Creek (they're really on Big Foot Prong) in the shapefile, so now, in my GDB, when I edit this record, the error throws. "what is the reason to scroll through the table rather than use Find". Whenever I'm qa'ing someone else's work I rapidly scroll up/down left/right...due to my familiarity with our rigidly enforced schema standard, I'm able to rapidly detect any errors, right down to "that doesn't look right (missing one character). This is just one of many thousands of possible use cases as to why the Attribute Table performance and functionality needs to mimic that of ArcMap for many people to migrate. As of now, I do most my attribute table work in Arc. It just works. Here's another issue.  Pro: scrolling left to right is displaying some serious lag. The scroll occurs far slower than my mouse. For tables with a complex schema (many field), and having to keep going back and forth to look at attribute values, this makes Pro particularly painful to use.  ... View more

Let's hope this is implemented in 2.5. 2.4 and still the very inefficient "Scanning" display, having to setup display expressions for every table you want to scroll, stop scrolling, see where you're at. Particularly painful to use in attribute tables with thousands of records. Horizontal scrolling is still not working as expected either. Since a substantial portion of editing, data management, qa, and data review occurs in the attribute table, makes sense that future "implementation" address the OP's idea was for scrolling to work as it does in ArcMap ... I had to chuckle at this one. My  users have found a way to delete the *(!*!@*(*()!@*()&^!&@ sideloaded basemaps every time they use the @*!((*@(!)_!)()(_()@!!@_)_+ app. It's a complete mystery as to how it's happening, and I honestly believe they're not doing it.
