Hi @B_NewGE,  How are you authenticating with AGOL?  Whenever I'm using REST URLs with arcpy, I'll sign-in using the API and with arcpy.SignIntoPortal.  Ex: # Connect to AGOL gis = GIS('https://www.arcgis.com', username, password) arcpy.SignIntoPortal('https://www.arcgis.com', username, password)   I've found this get's around the error about the URL not existing/being accessible. ... Hi @KnickMoschella, Do you have Windows Authentication enabled for ArcGIS Enterprise?  For example, when you got to the below URL, are you automatically signed in: https://domain.gov/server/rest/services/Brightly_Service_Enterprise_Publisher_MIL1/MapServer Or, do you have to present credentials? Is the Brightly Application on the same internal network as ArcGIS Enterprise?  If it is an external application, outside your network, you will need to enable ArcGIS Enterprise to be externally accessible as well.  This would require moving the ArcGIS web adaptor applications to a Web Server that is externally accessible (i.e. your DMZ).   Note:  if moving the web adaptor to your DMZ changes the DNS alias to access Enterprise, additional steps will be needed to update Enterprise. ... Hi @GeoAKS, yes this works migrating an Exp Builder App from AGOL to AGOL.  Is this reproducible with all Exp Builder Apps?  I've noticed sometimes if you don't tab out of the Web Maps and  Other Content parameters, the tool will not pick up the pasted value: You can also use the newer AGOL Assistant to see if the web map IDs are updating correctly.   ...
