Hi Matt, The time it takes to upgrade the deployment is different for everyone. This may depend on your available system resources, but that is not the only factor. The Portal upgrade generally takes the longest and will consume the most memory resources, and will take longer depending on how much content you have, how many accounts are registered, and how many components and customizations are deployed. Hope this helps.

Hi Cory, Based on those port numbers, does this mean that your site is configured to use HTTP Only? If you are running the Portal Web Adaptor using non-default ports (80 and 443 are the defaults), you will need to maintain HTTPS communication and use an HTTPS port. See: Use nondefault ports for the portal's ArcGIS Web Adaptor—Portal for ArcGIS (10.7 and 10.7.1) | ArcGIS Enterprise I am also assuming that the required ports are allowed access through the firewall and aren't in use by other applications? Best, Rachel

Hi Cory, What type of authentication is configured with your web adaptor? Are you using built-in authentication or is it configured with an authentication provider such as IWA? Also, is your Server allowing administrative access through the web adaptor? You can check this in ArcGIS Server Manager > Site > Web Adaptor. If I am understanding your post correctly, you have two web adaptors? If they are both running through the same port/site, they will need to have different names in order to work properly. Also, if you recently upgraded to a different version of Enterprise, you will need to uninstall the old web adaptor to install the new version. Hope this helps!

Hi Susan, First, in the Members tab of your Organization section, find the old administrator. Click on the three dots by their name, and click "View Groups" for a list of the groups they belong to or own. Click on the Group to view the details page of the group they own. In the right side, you should see an option for "Change Owner" Hope this helps! You will also need to re-assign ownership of or delete any items that they own. - Rachel

Hi Jorge, I do not know about configuring IBM Webseal specifically, but the general documentation for configuring a reverse proxy with ArcGIS Server is here: Configure a reverse proxy server with ArcGIS Server—Deploy | ArcGIS Enterprise If your web adapter name is not the default /arcgis, you may need to follow the steps in the documentation to change the WebContextURL in your ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory. If there is no web adapter, the site url should end in /arcgis to avoid potential redirect issues. Hope this helps! -- Rachel

Hi Rose, I just tested it on my Portal and was able to add more than 30 sections to my Map Journal. I know that the Side Panel layout has better performance than the Floating Panel for journals that have more than 20 sections, but I was still able to add 30 sections with the Floating Panel. What kind of content does your story map contain? Which version of Portal are you using? -- Rachel

Hi Than, Is your ArcGIS Server also version 10.7.1? I also noticed this in the logs: Connect to localhost:7220 [localhost/127.0.0.1, localhost/0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1] failed: Connection refused: connect Verify that Port 7220 is open on the Server machine. In Windows, you can check this by opening the command prompt and typing netstat -an to check which ports are listening. Portal installation also requires access to ports 7443 and 7080. Also, it seems like the point of failure is at configuring the data store. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the data store?

Hi Ysabel, Perhaps the Extract Data tool is what you are looking for? Extract Data—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS This does require an extra step -- you have to upload the exported file geodatabase as a .zip file to ArcGIS Online. Hope this helps!

Hi Mehdi, Are your Portal environment and your Notebook Server configured to use a Domain certificate or a certificate signed by a trusted Certificate Authority (CA)? The default self-signed certificate that is pre-configured with Notebook Server is only intended to be temporary, to test the server connection and verify that the installation completed successfully. For more information, see: ArcGIS Notebook Server system requirements—ArcGIS Enterprise system requirements | ArcGIS Enterprise / Section: SSL certificates

Hi Mark! This can happen if the client machine falls asleep or enters power save mode. Without knowing more about the environment (operating system for the Server machine, underlying DBMS and version, etc) I am unsure if this is the issue you are having, but make sure that your machine is configured to not go to sleep for longer than the time it will be idle: Also, in Device Manager, under Network Adapters, right-click the listed network adapters, select Properties, and click the Power Management tab. Uncheck the box for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power." Hope this helps! -- Rachel

Hi Matthew, This appears to be a known limitation when viewing pop-ups in Web AppBuilder applications with a device that has a display resolution below 1280 x 800. Source: Problem: Pop-ups do not fully display when clicking features in a Web AppBuilder application The issue carries over to applications that contain embedded WAB applications, such as in your story map. If it is possible, try embedding the web map itself (and not the application) into the story map instead. If this is not a viable solution for you, I recommend opening a case with Technical Support to explore other potential workarounds and attach your case to an enhancement request to bring further attention to this issue. Hi Cody, On the Item Details page for the feature service, is the "Enable Sync" option checked? If so, try disabling sync and then re-enabling it. Are you able to edit the features at all in other ArcGIS Online applications, or is this issue happening only when using the Smart Editor widget in Web AppBuilder?
