Jeff: For the Published Folder Path I would use the UNC path that you have in Server Folder Path and I would leave the path in the Server Folder Path as is.  Let me know if that works for you as that is how I have mine setup. ... View more

Have you tried exporting the model out to python and just working on the geoprocess in python instead of ModelBuilder? What was the geoprocess that was deprecated at Pro 3.0?  Do you know what similar geoprocess would perform the same task in Pro 3.0, if indeed the geoprocess called in the sample you are starting from has been deprecated? ... Are you looking to use this data in a service, as from my experience and I believe per ESRI documentation, the join would need to be in the same database?  As such you would need to save the data into the enterprise geodatabase and then remove the join to the query layer.  This can be scripted and automated if it needs to be done on a regular interval. ... Are you compressing the database to state 0?  I believe there are multiple ways to compress a database, but to ensure that all adds and deletes are moved to the base table, you need to ensure the database is compressed to state 0.  Review your states table and look for other community posts on this subject. ...
