Thank you so much for adding the Find and Replace function to the attribute table in Pro, it's super useful! In ArcMap, we had the ability to find and replace contents of the attribute table with nothing if we wanted to, but that option is not available in Pro currently from what I can tell. Any way to bring this back? My use case is that I'm removing some unwanted HTML from my attribute table. When I set up the find and replace, the arrow(s) are inactive with no value in the Replace box. As a workaround I've been replacing with a space but it would be better if I could just remove the HTML altogether as I could with ArcMap. Thanks for your consideration!

The ability to add a custom dictionary, should a spell check on attribute data come to fruition, would be ideal! Example: scientific names +1 for being able to toggle as a setting

Thanks for implementing, this is very helpful! However, I'm not seeing a way to replace with nothing though, is that in the plan? Use case: I'm stripping out some HTML that snuck into an attribute table and I want to simply remove it by finding (<i> for example), and replace it with nothing. However, the replace arrow(s) are greyed out until I type something in the box.

This is happening to me too, with coded values. The labels show up in the attribute table initially, but if I make an attribute edit then refresh the table, the values in those fields disappear. The data is in there when I look at the popup, just not the attribute table. Very frustrating.

Manipulating data in personal geodatabases is a crucial step in of our Program's data management workflows and as many have already stated here, the suggested file geodatabase workaround is not sufficient for what we need to accomplish. I hope a better solution is implemented.

When setting the view definition, it's very handy to have the option to define by features, fields, or area of interest. I'm wondering if the AOI option could be expanded so that you can use features from another hosted layer to set the AOI. For instance, features in my point view layer overlapping polygons from another layer would be visible whereas points falling outside the features from the "AOI layer" would not be visible.

I am setting up a map to use with Location Tracking/Collector Classic and have noticed two problems. 1. When I create the layer with the ESRI Location Tracking template, only Accuracy records via Collector. This is what the popup looks like when I go to the visualization tab right after creating the Location Tracking layer: If I check those fields as editable, and make sure they are also editable in my webmap they still do not automatically record in my Collector Classic map (just Accuracy). These are all the fields that are added when you check 'capture GPS receiver information' when creating the layer, and is really valuable information to have recorded with accuracy. GPS receiver information fields are working in my other collection layers that were not created from a Location Tracking template, so I am stumped. 2. Every time I save my webmap containing the location tracking layer, the location tracking settings become un-checked so that I have to re-enable it EVERY TIME I save the webmap. It's hard enough having to keep our field staff on the Classic app just to have this basic functionality, it's disappointing that it isn't working as expected (and I've successfully used this layer many times in the past). Hopefully it's just user error... any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I republished a new service for 2020 and the issue is resolved for the new layers. I think it probably had to do with the schema change but will never know for sure!

I like the color coding option. It can get confusing when you have multiple maps in a project, especially if they contain the same datasets... if I have an attribute table of a layer in one map open with various selections made, then go to another map containing that same layer and the attribute table is still open, it's easy to think there should be some selections in the second map, for example. In addition to being able to better differentiate between open attribute tables and which map(s) they belong to, it would be nice to have the option to enable selections carrying through to different maps of the same project, if the data is coming from the same data source.

I love the new implementation of the ArcGIS Online Access Notices and Information Banners! Thanks, very helpful. It would be awesome if the ability to configure these notices and banners were more granular, for instance by group level. Use case: I perform quarterly updates to the data viewable to one particular group in our ArcGIS Online Org. The group members are all part of the same Division within our stage agency. It would be nice if I could set a banner so that only the folks in that Division see that I'm performing my updates rather than the entire state agency, which is what would happen should I make that banner now. I share the frustrations about removing the location tracking functionality in Collector, and have kept our team with Classic for this reason. Why can't Collector (new) support location tracking for us folk who need it for simple uses and can't swing the licensing, but also support integration with Tracker for ArcGIS for those that can? Over-simplified question for a complex problem I'm sure but many share my concerns. I'd love to move us to the new Collector, there are really excellent features and improvements other than taking away location tracking... if this is the way it's going to be with Tracker I may need to find a workaround.
