I think you need to use an Arcade expression in the label settings separate from the field formatting for pop-ups. I am not sure of the exact formatting expression though.

Is the underlying data vector data? If so, use snapping and tracing when you are editing the data. You might also want to look into setting up topology if you are able. If you are working with an ESRI basemap, there are a number of projection and rendering settings that could cause the issue but I don't have a solution for it.

It could be corrupted or there is something wrong with the data in the file. But first I'd check and see if all the components (.dbf, .prj, etc.) of the shapefile are present with the identical name.

This is based on the code here. To simplify troubleshooting I have only included one web service, but my intention is to combine data from several layers into this expression. var portal = Portal('https://gis.MyOrg.org/portal') // Zoning var zoning = FeatureSetByPortalItem( portal, '###item###', 0, ['NEW_ZONE'], false ) var lyrs = [zoning] var features = [] var feat; for (var lyr in lyrs){ for (var l in lyrs[lyr]){ feat = { attributes: { NEW_ZONE: l.NEW_ZONE } } Push(features, feat) } } var fs_dict = { fields: [ {name: 'NEW_ZONE', type: 'esriFieldTypeString'} ], geometryType: '', features: features } return FeatureSet(Text(fs_dict)) The above script will return the requested zoning field. The data from this expression can be used in a chart in the dashboard. However if I change the field name to one of the tracking fields, it goes blank no matter what the data type. In addition, if I test the code on "return zoning" for all fields, I can see all the field values except the tracking fields.

I am trying to create a dashboard that combines data from several layers in Arcade. I have access to the data through an internal Portal item or REST URL. I want to return values from the GIS editor tracking fields (created_user, last_edited_date, etc.). After several failed attempts with an Arcade script, I realized that the problem is not the script itself, but that Arcade is not returning data from the editor tracking fields at all. The script can read and return data in the other fields. The data in the editor tracking fields is visible if I view the attribute table in a web map. Does anyone have an idea of a solution? I don't have access to the source data so I can't populate a column with duplicate data.

I had previously ran repair geometry and did it again and it did not indicate an issue. However I just rebuilt the spatial indexes and I think that fixed it. The layers are all displaying correctly on my end.

I have been having a problem with displaying web services over the last few months. Currently, we have ArcGIS Desktop 10.8 and ArcGIS Server 10.4. An upgrade to 10.8 is planned but hasn't happened yet. Our web services are published through ArcGIS Server from a file geodatabase. When I publish new web services, or add new layers to an existing mxd and overwrite the web service, the layers do not display correctly. The service publishes without an error. In some cases, only a few features display when I view the layer zoomed out. In some cases, I can see the whole layer when I zoom out but most of the features disappear when I zoom in. The feature limit in the service settings is set high so that isn't it. Creating a new geodatabase, mxd, and fixing geometry have not made a difference. I have also redid the extents and checked the projections. The display issue can be seen in both the REST javascript preview as well as when pulling the service into AGOL. Previously I went 2 rounds with ESRI tech support and they concluded that it was a corrupt feature layer. After downloading the data from an alternate source I was able to re-publish and successfully view the service. But now I am facing the same problem in the same technical situation from a different data source. It's worth nothing that when I add new layers to an existing mxd and overwrite the web service, only the NEW layers have the issue. The old layers are always fine. This makes me wonder if there is some sort of version conflict. Here is a public test example: https://gis.baltometro.org/arcgis/rest/services/CMP/CMP_TEST/MapServer Image of layers (REST javascript preview) zoomed out: Same service (REST javascript preview) zoomed in 1X: Same service (REST javascript preview) zoomed in 2X: Any ideas on what might be the problem would be appreciated.

Hello, I have noticed that a small number of web services in my open data site are showing up under both "map" and "data" categories. Every web service on the site was added the same way. A REST URL was added to AGOL as an item. The item was made public and shared with the open data group. The open data site only consumes web services from this group. In all cases the AGOL metadata link is the same for both category types so I know it is not a case of an app with the same name getting listed by accident. The web services should only be listed as downloadable data. I can see no difference in how these items were listed from any of the other services that don't have duplicate entries. I only want them listed as downloadable data. Has anyone seen this before? I have attached an example below. Both the map and data entries for "TIP 2017-2020" go to the same AGOL item page.

Thanks. I have a large number of fields. Adding them all into the script isn't hard but for education's sake, is there a way to read them into a single variable? I tried incorporating another for loop to iterate through the field names and feed that into the search cursor, but I just created a mess. I started with field_names = arcpy.ListFields(featureclass, 'Sum_*')

I am trying to get the name of a field that contains the maximum value across several rows. Getting the maximum number is easy, I would just use max(a, b, c...). But I would like the field name of that is associated with each high value. Example: F1 F2 F3 2 34 8 19 4 1 3 7 22 So max in python would give me 34 19 22 But what I want is F2 F1 F3 Any suggestions?

This is a great script. Is there a way to list out the sub-layers as well? So instead of ServiceName .../MapServer you get ServiceNameLayer1 .../MapServer/0 ServiceNameLayer2 .../MapServer/1 etc.
