Hi @GrantCountyGISSup , 1-18-2024 update to this thread. We are still seeing this error in the exact same context year plus after the original post. We've seen it in the 2.9.5 environment and haven't been able to repair or diagnose using the suggestions in this thread yet, environment and project are variable as well in receiving the error. Looking around to see if it's a known bug between the 2.X and 3.X series releases but so far it hasn't been parcel related, all feature classes and projects are new, nothing has been imported or copied, and it is affecting multiple users. We've begun trying reworking the data or approach, but have found if we simply cancel the edit operation and redo the exact same line using direction/distant tools, there is no error. User who most recently encountered this comments that they think it may have seen something that caused the operation to hang up, (direction/distance were typical measurements and not fractional or complicated so this is our thinking at the moment without digging too deeply and losing productivity since it's a simple fix to a basically unknown error), and is why therefore we think that PRO was throwing the most likely error that fits the situation during the edit process. It's not exactly scientific but if you are still having this or wondering about it, hopefully this helps in some manner for you or others. Without crazy guesswork this is the best solution we've hit for this and similar errors that don't have a significant cause or effect.

@SaraJL @JJHaines Good to know, tried and wasn't able to replicate the white screen via Incognito at the moment, normal browser and other browsers also appear working nominally as well. Could be a momentary issue like we've seen previously, but i'll add the Incognito to white-screen issue checks. This morning it was public facing apps we saw load at triple expected times before finally loading in so at least incognito chrome would help here.

@JJHaines We're still having the same issue as well, although not as severe. We have seen the load time triple however and the storymaps that turn white may still be accessible if the browser cache is cleared and allowed to load for a bit. Otherwise backups & recovery tickets may be in order as other posts have entailed in this thread or others.

3 years on since original post, our org is seeing similar if not the same behavior. ESRI has told us previously on similar instances that the data corrupts and may need to be built from scratch. With too many newer versions since this post, (presently looking for a related 2023 error of similar kind and presentation), it may be hard to pinpoint cause and solution if patches or version changes have resolved the original issue. The current version of both S123 and AGOL appear to have similar or legacy/same issue still. Hope this helps @Chris_Anderson , an ESRI ticket may be best since this did not get much attention at original posting. Best regards,

Hi @BriannaEttley , Thank you! We're expecting 20+ by the end of the day to attend. It's hard to find map related candies and food but spatially minded sources makes for a more exciting conversation and tasty snack most cases anyways haha. Have a great day!

I have a simple question: Once ArcMap 10.X series apps reach their end of life in the coming years, will ArcGIS PRO 2.9.5 and/or the PRO 3.X series apps be able to honor the import of old or ongoing MXD files that remain stored on local or shared locations? We, and likely many other organizations, have numerous MXDs saved between the 10.5 and 10.8 series of ArcMap deployments and versions that we will need or want to bring into PRO using the convenience import MXD options within the PRO application. Many projects are not expected to be complete within a brief period or before Arcmap EOL dates, and so far, opening various MXDs and projects is commonplace over a long period of time for different stages or aspects of a full project scope. Either due to timing, necessity, or discovery of old MXDs with file checks and data control, it is unlikely all projects can be migrated prior to the official end of life/end of support for ArcMap that will be needed or archived for later use, and we wanted to make sure there were functional redundancies to the need of opening an old MXD and bringing in what work is needed. As migration from Arcmap to PRO continues, the likelihood of these small import MXD migrations will become less common or necessary as data and accuracy improve, but this was on my mind as I help users troubleshoot or migrate and wanted to know if there was an answer in the community since I have found the documentation regarding this yet. Sincere thanks, Jansen L.

I would contact ESRI Tech Support so they could open a bug ticket with the arcade team if you haven't submitted one already. Don't have enough arcade background to know if this is a bug or not and your organization may have settings that differ wildly than others. Without more context it would be wise to seek ESRI's input on their arcade team and go from there.

IDEA: Add GeoPDF to items that can be added to an ArcGIS Online Map. In ArcGIS Online contents when you go to add data from a file, please allow for GeoPDFs to be added to the map. GeoPDFs are PDFs with GPS and location data built in that can be exported from ArcGIS PRO and readily pulled into other mapping applications and software as a georeferenced item. Many times these are needed quickly and put into web maps for multiple uses. Workflow: Step 1, Add data to map. Step 2, choosing a GeoPDF from your file system. Step 3, import pdf layer Step 4, load data as georeferenced PDF layer, but this returns an error at the moment because GeoPDFs are not supported. Exporting GeoPDFs is possible with the latest version of ArcGIS PRO as well as in ArcMap versions. See ESRI Pro documentation on PDF exports with export georeference information note in documentation site: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/pdf-export.htm Export georeference information Include geospatial information from the map frames. If this information is included, you can extract x,y coordinate information from the map frames and perform geographic measurement directly on the map frame in supported PDF readers. This is a thread similar touched on and shown as possible with the February 2023 AGOL update noted by community user @BernSzukalski in the thread: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-ideas/georeferencing-in-arcgis-online/idi-p/935537 Conclusion: Lastly, just a parting comment. Having advanced GeoPDF support is likely to be a complicated endeavor if structurally AGOL only has partial support of georeferencing, but in the use cases that would benefit from this, it is much quicker than having to georeference images and material by hand in AGOL if you've already made and published GPS/location enabled data elsewhere via ArcGIS Pro. It's all very young for AGOL but it is close to a feature in hand and I think AGOL would benefit from this advantage. Map software like Avenza brings these GeoPDFs in already, it simply doesn't make sense to have end users go around with two or three different apps when it can be held within the same organizational suite of apps such as AGOL, Field Maps, and Dashboards that could readily draw from an AGOL map with a GeoPDF. Kind regards & thanks for your input or consideration,

Good afternoon dashboards users, I was curious if anyone had any experience or success downloading, printing, or converting a web based dashboard page to a poster size PDF or Word Doc such as at Arch D 24"x36" or larger? Taking a screenshot may be fine but I wanted to see if there were any more professional or high res alternatives to a jpeg screenshot. High density blooms don't look as stunning or accurate with low res screenclips without having to go and convert the data to a PRO or ArcMAP project layout sized large enough. For example, take a dashboard that you need a screenshot, data point, or saved moment from and you want to print it to a poster with good resolution either directly out of the browser or via screen capture and bring it to a meeting to show in tandem with the live web app as a result of the density or importance of the data being shown to multiple stakeholders. There are times when small 11x17 handouts aren't enough and the internet may go out so mid-presentation so having physical backups on hand or for record with good enough quality may help. There's a dozen or more dashboard print ideas posted already but if anyone's had success so far with this method I'm interested in reading into it or trying myself. Cheers!

For organizations not within the educational fields, but still needing or wanting to give presentations and educational material, this looks amazing and easy to launch. Does it require a certain type of org? eg AGOL or Enterprise?
