I would like to be able to configure the display of the buffer graphic generated by the Public Notification app. Instead of the default solid orange filled polygon, I would like to have a polygon with hatch line fill. I would also like to be able to set the fill color, outline color, outline width, and transparency.

I'm not seeing where the documentation says it only works for CAD data. Actually step 2 says, "Snap to and click the source Revit or CAD feature to create the from point". Is this not correct? The ground surface was altered during construction, so the "Elevate to Ground" is still a little off in the z direction for my model. We actually collected a few control points with our GPS, so I know where the corner should be. I used the move and rotate tools to get it close. Then I used the A key to manually type in x,y,z make finer adjustments towards my control point.

Hello, I am georeferencing a BIM (revit file) in Pro 3.4. I find the manual moving and rotating tools hard to navigate and was very happy to see the option to add control points manually. However, I do not see the tools in Pro. Add control points manually—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation Georeferencing BIM models is pretty new to me, so I'm wondering if I'm just missing something obvious. The help page doesn't really offer any clues, as to what I might be doing wrong. Maybe it's only available with certain file types? Leon

@SubaKrishnan is this planned for the next release? I didn't see it in the new (Feb 2025) update. The Crowdsource Reporter is the last of my configurable apps that I need to replace, but I need this functionality in place before migrating. Leon

The Instant App does not currently support limiting entries to a boundary area. I've been holding off on upgrading waiting for that piece of functionality. I was hoping it would be in this latest AGOL update. I am creating some web maps for specific editing tasks to be done in ArcGIS Web Editor. The user just needs to select a point, update a couple fields, and optionally add record a repair in a related table. There are a couple additional layers in the map that are not editable, but are useful for the user to have as reference. It would be nice if I could configure the map, so that by default the editable layer was selectable and the others were not. This would simplify the editing experience for the end user and reinforce the workflow that I am trying to implement. Leon

It would be great if I could use a URL parameters with the Public Notification Instant App. I would like pass along a feature id (like a parcel identifier) and buffer distance to open the app with the feature selected, buffered, and the intersecting features from my input layer selected. A vast majority of our users are doing the same repetitive task buffering a parcel by a fixed distance to find the abutting land owners. I would like to be able to streamline the process by launching the Public Notification app from our primary GIS application, passing along the selected parcel id and appropriate buffer distance. Leon

Yes, it would be nice to configure this and some of the other settings as defaults. I would like to be able to set the default Input Layer. The default values seems to be based on alphabetical order of the layers.

I wouldn't have guessed this from the name, but it looks like "Layer files" are the files that are used (or could be used) to create published Layers in AGOL. (Feature layers, Tile layers, etc.) For me, I end up with mostly File Geodatabases or Service Definition files that were created when publishing from Pro. Also a few Excel files and tile packages. I couldn't find much in the way of documentation though. Leon
