My team is reporting the exact same problem with their iphone! It was working fine last year on iphones, but it no longer do this year. The survey works fine or any other devices. They tried deleted Survey123 and reinstalling. So I guess they are running the latest version. I can provide my .xlsx to any Esri staff that need it. I have really no idea how to fix this one.

I received the error message "ERROR 010029" when trying to do kriging in ArcGIS Pro. It turns out the cause was that the output raster contained invalid characters. The error mesage description was completly useless in finding the problem. Output name validation should occur at the moment we enter the raster name in the geoprocessing tool.

My current work around is to set the backgroundColor of my groups to: backgroundColor="#D0D0D0" This is the same color as the borders, so it looks like there is none.

Hi, I think I found a bug in ArcGIS Pro when using 2 screen on the same computer. Some windows are disappearing when I try to move them. This bug only happen when I use ArcGIS Pro inside the secondary screen. Step to reproduce: Use a dual screen setup (2 monitor on same computer). (I use windows 7 if that helps) Open ArcGIS Pro and place it completly inside the secondary monitor. Right-click any layer in the TOC and select "Properties". The property window will open in the middle of the map. Trying to move this window will make it go completly white. Here is an exemple: I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.2.0. I can't test with 2.4.2 (I don't have admin right on this computer so can't upgrade). Maybe the bug is already corrected in the last version?

I just tried with "removeAllLayers()": arcgisUtils.createMap("ckdklsdjksd98sdjxxxXX89", "map").then((response) => {
this.map.removeAllLayers();
this.map = response.map;
}); Doesn't work either.

Hello, is it possible to swap the webmap used in my WAB app for a new map at the click of a button? The original webmap is set in the config of the app. I am trying to swap the webmap for a new one like so (following this sample code Web map by ID | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.30 😞 arcgisUtils.createMap("ckdklsdjksd98sdjxxxXX89", "map").then((response) => {
this.map = response.map;
}); That doesn't seems to do anything. So I tried destroying the old map before adding the new one like so: arcgisUtils.createMap("ckdklsdjksd98sdjxxxXX89", "map").then((response) => {
this.map.destroy();
this.map = response.map;
}); It kinda work but then all my widgets are gone! What am I missing?

Thank you for your answer. Does making the geopoint question not relevant the same as making no geopoint question at all? I noticed the location of some user is sent with the survey even if I don't have any geopoint question. I don't want that. I would expect it to default to 0,0 but that is not what is happening.

Hi, As seen here, it is possible to calculate a geopoint question. But is it possible to calculate and hide a geopoint question? Currently, if I set Relevent = false to this question, then the location of the survey seems to default to 0°,0° (At least on windows 7 with no geolocation service). So I then tried to use the "center" URL parameter to populate the geopoint properly as explained here. This work great. The geopoint question can stay hidden and the survey default to the proper location. But this is not a solution for me as my user don't click on a URL everytime they use the survey. So is it possible to set the "center" parameter from inside the survey? Basicly what I need is the following: Set the geopoint location from inside the survey. Make sure no geopoint question is seen in the form.

I suggest that the table-list appearence in Survey123 be extended to support other type of questions (like decimal type or text). What I would like can almost with achieved with a theme-grid, but as you can see there is a lot of wasted space everywhere: I marked with a red 'X' the spaces that could be saved. I would be great if we could have a table-list appearence that would make the above look almost like a Excel spreadsheet.

Hello Robert, can this also be done for a widget that is created programmatically? I added your css rule to the .css file of the custom widget that is creating a legend widget. The text is still not hidden. I am using the 3.x api. Maybe this is the problem? EDIT: Nevermind I got it. It was: .esriLegendMsg { visibility: hidden; }

I noticed that some labels seems to be not translated when chosing a style containing "(Local label)" in the title (mostly lakes). As you can see in the following screen shot, some lake in the Province of Quebec are written in english (Lake something..) and some other are written in french (Lac something..). The proper way to name them in the local language of this province is "Lac". In fact, I don't really see any difference between the style with "Local language" in title and those without. Is this normal behavior? Thanks

Yes it is possible with ArcGIS Pro (and maybe ArcGIS Online). Save your style to your arcGIS Online account. Then open ArcGIS Pro, log in to your account. Look online for how to create a new Basemap in arcGIS Pro (very simple) Add your new style and your features to the basemap. That's about it. It is also possibel to do in the map viewer in ArcGIS Online as you can send operational layers to the basemap layer.

In the end looks like that I have to redo entire maps, surveys, and apps just because I want to update the symbology. I have the exact same problem. I have to update my WAB app everytime I change the symbology of one of the webmap used by the app because the webmaps MUST be published under a new ID. This can become unmanageable fast.
