Look for the column "repeat_count" in your .xlsx file. Set it to 2 at the "begin repeat" line.

Also, you might want to know if you are in the Male of Female section. So you might want to read this post to understand how to read the repeat position : https://community.esri.com/thread/193049-survey123-functionality-calculate-position-in-repeat-group  then you can do (pseudo code): If position = 1 -> text = Male else -> text = Female.
