I am having a similar issue. I did try to use the community survey and was able to add rows. All of my surveys are behaving this way and it is on every tab. The row just does not add or if insert copied row it will give me an error "This won't work because it would move cells in a table on your worksheet." Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!!

Hello, I am trying to understand what the "namespaces" column in the Survey123 Connect XLS form is for. I tried to look for documentation for both allow_choice_duplicates and namespaces but did not find it. Hello, Thanks for your reply! Here is the XLSForm. This has been happening I think since we first started this survey 2/2019. It is only when the survey is saved as draft. If it is submitted right away there is no issue, all the expected fields get populated with Null. I have tried setting the default to null as well and this yielded no success (see the Test Coastal Survey XLS). I tried filling out the survey in different ways, answering the critical question (SD_FLOW_OBSERVED_TYPE) that determines those fields to be null or populated before and after saving as draft. I think it must be the way that the survey loads after saving to drafts. Note only the number fields populate with 0, the text fields, date/time fields etc populate Null as expected. I have attached some of the tests I did and the result. The yellow is the desired output. Katie.

I am having a similar issue with our non relevant number fields populating with 0 instead of null even if the default is set to null and the calculation states if not relevant set to null. Do you have a BUG ticket for this issue? Katie.

I have the same issue with one of my co workers devices. Model Galaxy A01, Model # SM-A015V, Android Version 11, Survey Version 3.12.277 Changing the keyboard and turning off auto correct did not help. The rest use Apple devices or Pixel 2 XL with Android 11 Survey 123 version 3.12.277 and are not having this issue. Just found documentation: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/browser/get-answers/knownissuesgetanswers.htm#anchor4 Decimal commas can't be entered on some Samsung devices. The default numerical keyboard on some Samsung devices does not support decimal commas, causing decimal questions in locales that require decimal commas to be unable to accept a valid answer. This problem is only present on the default keyboard provided on some Samsung devices and can be avoided by using an alternate keyboard that does support decimal commas. Katie.

Hello, I have been using the below label in my surveys and recently both the apple and android devices are not honoring the HTML but Survey123 connect and desktop do honor the HTML formatting. Work Around: I did successfully airdrop to my iPhone into Field Maps. From that point I was able to successfully airdrop from the iPhone to the iPad into Field Maps.

In efforts to switch to Field Maps and away from Collector and Explorer, I am trying to move my Explorer Markups to Field Maps. I took the following steps and was unable to successfully transfer the markup. Please note, this effort was made to share within the same device. I was using iPad Air 4th gen with 14.3 software version. All apps on device cleared In explorer edit the desired markup to move Click share Click Share Markup Click Field Maps Explorer Opens and Shows Error "Error Importing Markup The operation couldn't be completed. (Markup.MarkupCollection.Error error 0.)" Is there a way to transfer within the same device? Katie.

Deena, I am still encountering this same issue with ArcGIS Pro version 2.4.1. Was there a bug ever issued for this? I ended up looking at the SQL and deleted the "timestamp" portion and had success as you did, thank you for this post otherwise I could not have completed my selections and models that heavily depend on the date and time. Hey Jeff I will say when I marked this as a correct answer there were some quarks. I did not try the x-ray extension. I did try to use ArcGIS Online Assistant. I did find that when I modified the JSON in ArcGIS Online Assistant the changes were reflected in the AGO table and pop ups and some other areas but when it came down to looking at the fields in AGO the order did not change. I did not find a way to make a hard change on the field order to see it reflected across the board. This was my experience and accomplished the basics of what I needed for my user interface, I just deal with on the back end the items being out of order. I chose not to republish the service due to the risk to data integrity. Katie.

The factory reset was on the newer phone that was also experiencing the same crashing issues as the older phone. The older phone will be reset today or tomorrow so we will get the results from that soon, and I will post that here.

The user of this phone did a factory reset, did updates and this seemed to work to fix the issues she saw with the app. We will try this approach with the other phone to see what results we get with it.
