huh, thanks for pointing out the url change needed. Doesn't work for me in Qgis or Pro though. Pro says "Network Error: cannot acesss ..." and Qgis is "Connections is not a valid STAC API". Might be our corporate firewall? It's a bit zealously tuned. Browser visit is fine though.   ... View more

Thank you @Luke_Pinner that worked perfectly for my present scenario. @SimonSchütte_ctSeems a bit buggy? Or maybe Canada's STAC are using a different version syntax. Same issue here. It first surfaced with a Dell Precision 3360. A laptop imaged same day from same image has no problems. Here's a reddit thread with a detailed breakdown of their deployment means, with same problem. I get this with ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and project stored on a mapped network drive. I get the same error when trying to create a new toolbox (.atbx). I can however create new python toolbox (.pyt). If work from a project on C: drive I can create all 3 - atbx, pyt, and model. Adding a C: folder to the network project and creating inside that is not a workaround.   ... View more

The only way to solve this within the current environment that I've been able to think of is to use Role Users instead of Named Users, and then pass that account on to whoever is going to use it next. E.g. instead of 'Jonah.Whale' account that is disabled or deleted until next season (if he ever comes back) we have 'Field.Operative.23'. The kink in this is that user accounts (role names) are tied to Esri Training and Geonet. I'm willing to pay that cost to avoid the drudgery work of creating and deleting what is essentially the same account again and again. ... View more
