There are several PDFs on our Open Data website. They used to open without any issues but today I noticed that when I try and open a PDF there is a "404 So Sorry. We looked everywhere and just can't seem to find what you are looking for." Is this a known bug issue with Open Data?

I noticed that whenever there are over 50ish inserts, the data in the fields will not show in PRO, but there can be hundreds of updates and that will show up in PRO

I am using ArcGIS Pro to view changes, reconcile and post. The issue that I run into with one dataset is whenever I view the version changes, if there are approximately more than 50 changes, the data in the field never loads. If I try it in ArcMap, everything works as it should. With another dataset we can get over 1000 changes per day. This takes over an hour for all the changes to show up in the version changes window. In ArcMap, it loads within seconds. Does anyone else have this issue or understand what might be causing this issue? Attached is a screenshot of what shows up.

For some data sets I can preview the data and see how many records are in the data but when I download the data, not all the data is downloading (I tried downloading as a spreadsheet and as a shapefile). Another issue we are having is the incorrect data is downloading. For example, we have collision data by year and when I preview current year collisions, it shows this years data but when I download the data, it downloads last year data.

Events Site Map - what determines the URL of the attachments? For example, if you click on any of the events found at http://maps.cityoftulsa.org/trafficflow and scroll to the bottom of the pop-up you can see attachments. The attachment shows the drive letter that the attachment is on and when you click on the attachment it has an interesting URL...is there anyway to change what is shown on the pop-up and the URL after clicking on the attachment?

Got it to work once, but had to re-do the data because the Carto field was populated incorrectly. Ran the RoadCenterlinesPart1 tool again and it worked fine, ran the RoadCenterlinesPart2 tool and I am still running into the same problem...any suggestions?

I am running the tool for RoadCenterline Part 2 and I keep receiving an error when running it. I receive the error 000358: Invalid expression Failed to execute (Select Freeway and Ramp). I click on the error code and it says to verify the SQL statement is valid, I did this and the statement is valid...I'm not sure what I am doing wrong? I successfully ran the tool for RoadCenterline Part 1 before I ran the second tool. Attached is a screen shot of the error that I receive and the information that I am putting into each expression.

I created a comment field with the field type as Blob in the RoadBlock feature class that is the Local Government Model. I gave it a length of 1500. I needed to create this field because I need to add comments longer than 255 characters. I published the service, created an editing map in ArcGIS Online, added test data, typed information in the comment field (field type Blob), saved the map and then refreshed the map. After I refresh the map, I check to see if all the data is there; everything shows up but what was written in the comment field. Whatever I type into the comment field does not get saved like the other data does (date, name, reason type etc). Does the blob field type not show up in ArcGIS Online?
