Preparing data for Community Base Map

I am running the tool for RoadCenterline Part 2 and I keep receiving an error when running it.  I receive the error 000358: Invalid expression

Failed to execute (Select Freeway and Ramp).

I click on the error code and it says to verify the SQL statement is valid, I did this and the statement is valid...I'm  not sure what I am doing wrong? I successfully ran the tool for RoadCenterline Part 1 before I ran the second tool.  Attached is a screen shot of the error that I receive and the information that I am putting into each expression.

Got it to work once, but had to re-do the data because the Carto field was populated incorrectly.  Ran the RoadCenterlinesPart1 tool again and it worked fine, ran the RoadCenterlinesPart2 tool and I am still running into the same problem...any suggestions?

I had the wrong input - once I changed it to RoadCenterlinesPart1, the tool worked fine...duh!
