I have made changes to the css file to make the detail pop-up larger and move the font to be underneath the image. How do I center the image and text in the pop-up? Below is a screenshot of a portion of the code and the image and text that I need adjusted.

I am creating a storymap - shortlist and I was wondering how do I move the tabs around? I don't like the order that they are currently in. Also, how do I set the order for each point in their tab?

I created a web app using the Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Online. My data will display in the web app but when I open the Legend widget, none of the data displays. It is visible in the layer widget.

I found information here: Server configuration details—ArcGIS Open Data | ArcGIS but the data has less than 1,000 records, so I am not sure why I am getting that warning message.

For some of the feature layers that we have on our open data site, under data report, there is a warning that says: Warning: The maxRecordCount for this layer is greater than 5000. This can cause browsers to crash. We recommend lowering this number. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

We have two web maps and one web map application that we created. The two web maps are listed on our open data website, but the web map application does not. The web map application is made public and is shared with the open data group.

I want to make our feature datasets similar to ESRI's Open Data website Home | Esri Open Data (Beta) but whenever I add the widget, it automatically has scroll bars with it. What am I doing wrong? Also, I want all three widgets to be the same size, but whenever I try to re-size the Public-Safety one, it automatically snaps to either the Parks or Education widget and won't let me center it.

Hi, It would be easier to explain if I could show you what it does on my site, but it is currently private. I will use the City of Maryland's open data site as an example. If you go to data.imap.maryland.gov and click on Agriculture, it will take you to a page that displays data relating to the category "Agriculture". When you click on City of Maryland's logo or the title at the top of the page, it will take you to the main open data site (data.imap.maryland.gov). This is what I want my site to do.

I have a main page that has all open data on it and I have several different group pages that has open data that is associated with that group (i.e. public safety or recreation). I want the logo and the site name at the header to link back to the open data main page when clicked. How do I do this?
