has anyone heard why esri does not just include/fully-support that ago assistant? "The esri fix-it tool" reference: Is ArcGIS Assistant supported by Esri?# No. ArcGIS Assistant is a community-driven project from Esri Professional Services. While all of the requests from Assistant use supported ArcGIS REST API operations, doing so could leave your content in a broken or reduced state, and Esri Technical Support will not be equipped to help you with that situation.

(To help highlight the the issues of enterprise security, training, scripting, etc.) Can we please get a banner up on this site similar to the check out new user banner? Something like this: Reminder!! End of software updates and patches for ArcMap is February 2024 (click here for details) https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcmap/life-cycle The existing text in the release notes on the life cycle page mention the March 01, 2026 supported date. Some of our vendors and users see that 2026 date and think they have a bunch of time before having to worry about training for ArcGIS Pro and all the other security, python scripting, etc. issues.

If you are getting the chance for a clean build and have the resources, go for a High Available setup for all of the components (web adaptor(s), portal, arcgis server, ags server for printing, image server for raster analysis, image server for image hosting, image server for dynamic image serving, relational/spatio/tile-cache data stores, raster data stores, monitor, etc. Are you doing any single-sign on or hybrid sso and portal users, spanning different domains in dmz vs internal, ca signed ssl certs to fit your deployment, Azure Active Directory integrations, private portal url and web context url options, GPS RTK live mobile editing including on-the-fly ortho-metric height in feet captured in the z field (not post processed or some arcade expression) with enterprise?

Is there a "GeoWork" option in esri's community website? Big picture is something like this: The opposite of a GIS jobs group/site/etc. or a business partner listing. A more interactive place in our esri community where anyone can post a need for some GIS work for hire and a qualified esri user/customer can arrange with them to pick-up that work?
