Raymond, ArcGIS Mobile 10 all builds including 2550 is supported on Windows 7 OS platform which is the platform on my laptop. I have never seen this error before and have no problems accessing content from ArcGIS Server or ArcGIS.com. Is this Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit? Did you have an earlier build of ArcGIS Mobile 10 installed (2525, 2500, 2475) prior to installing build 2550? If you did, did the earlier ArcGIS Mobile 10 build function as expected? Is this the standard out-of-the-box ArcGIS Mobile 10 application or customized ArcGIS Mobile 10 application? At the time you installed ArcGIS Mobile 10 build 2550, did you install any other software or hardware components? Are you able to access content from ArcGIS.com site? To begin using StreetMap, you  will need to add a StreetMap data layer (.navmap) to your map. A StreetMap layer is  read-only and contains information about all feature classes within that layer.  Sample data is installed with ArcPad application and includes Rhode Island folder containing sample ArcPad StreetMap data. The StreetMap Toolbar is automatically activated when you add StreetMap file (.navmap) to ArcPad. Which ArcGIS Mobile 10 Update is installed? We have released ArcGIS Mobile 10.0 Update 4 [Build 2550] which includes some annotation fixes. Have you submitted your annotation items to Esri Support ? Curt, Is Ranger X running Windows Mobile 5.0 Firmware v5.0.3? This is a paid upgrade, see Release Notes for details. What version GPS Controller is installed? v2.4x is latest release. What ProXRT model is yours? Part number determines Model number, see Trimble Product Compatibility Matrix for specific details.   Model 1 = PN 85340-00             Model 2 = PN 85351-00 Have you reviewed Trimble Support Note - GPS Pathfinder ProXRT Receiver: 'Unable to Connect to Receiver Using Cabled Connection'? Are you connecting the Ranger X to ProXRT using the DB9-Lemo or DB9-DB9 cable? Check out p35-36 of GPS Pathfinder ProXRT User Guide for screenshots and instructions. Curt, Which Trimble Ranger model do you use? Ranger X or Ranger 3? Does this unit have integrated GPS receiver or are you using external GPS receiver? What is mfg/model info? How are you connected to Ranger and GPS - Bluetooth, USB, Serial? COM2 is the dedicated hardware port for built-in GPS (COM1 is dedicated to external 9-pin) and GPS is compatible w/applications accepting NMEA position info using 9600 baud rate. Hi Jude, After installing ArcPad 7.1.1 or 8.x with ArcGIS Desktop 10, the ArcPad  Data Manager extension is not visible in ArcMap. If ArcPad 10.0 is installed  prior to ArcGIS 10.0, the Data Manager will also not appear. The variety models of ruggedized mobile devices such as Trimble Nomad series can indeed be difficult to determine. Hoping this helps you identify the model for performing the upgrade. Michalis, You do not mention the specific tool you are using but I assume you are using ArcToolbox > Conversion Tools > To Raster > Polygon to Raster for this process, is this correct? Do you receive the 'error 001143' with this tool? It is possible you are running into an issue with background processing. Please try running the tool with background processing disabled:    1. In ArcMap > Geoprocessing menu 2. Geoprocessing Options 3. Yi Lik, This is the Repeated Attributes button which enables you to  capture the edits you have just made for the current record as a 'snapshot', to  be repeated automatically for the next record you create in this related table.
