You could execute Topo to Raster (Spatial Analyst). Input Feature Data Type: Point Elevation Output Cell Size: Same as the other raster dataset Primary Type of Input Data: Spot In tool environment, define Snap Raster (Environment setting) to the other Raster Dataset. Once the output Raster is created, you could execute Minus (Spatial Analyst) or use Raster Calculator.

Assuming that you are referring to the Learning Plans in Esri Training site, you receive certificates for the individual web-courses and instructor-led trainings included in a learning plan, but not a certificate for an overall learning plan. Even you can create a custom Learning Plan. A learning plan is just a catalog of web-courses, tutorials, videos, documents, etc. for a focused ArcGIS topic.

Could you check if you are getting any option to unassign the license in Organization > Members tab? In case you don't, please request the support team to take remote access of your system to address the issue. They may need to escalate it to Esri Global Support, if the issue persists.

You could Create hosted feature layer views and share them instead of the hosted feature layers. Any update made in the hosted feature layers would also reflect in its views.
