Which Esri component is your strength? You should choose a core certification (ArcGIS Desktop/ ArcGIS Enterprise) based on your strength. ArcGIS Desktop Associate 19-001 | Technical Certification (esri.com) could be the most attempted Esri technical certification globally. Its successor, ArcGIS Pro Associate 2101 | Technical Certification (esri.com) will be releasing publicly in a month's time. Check the brochure in the Exam page for more information on skills measured and related preparation resources. You could check Esri Training Catalog | Find Courses on GIS and ArcGIS Topics for learning-plans on appropriate Esri exam(s). If you feel you want to keep your career relevant and updated with Esri Technology, Esri Technical Certification will definitely help. Another relevant certification in GIS industry would be GISP certification - GISCI. You could use Mosaic To New Raster—Help | ArcGIS Desktop to save the output image as a TIFF file (*.tif). Use this file in Table of Content while publishing the map service.

Do you have ArcMap 10.8 in the same machine? If yes, could you check if you are able to access the GDB and view its content? If you can access the content of the GDB, then 1. Using ArcGIS Pro, create a new file Geodatabase. 2. Using ArcMap, execute Raster To Geodatabase to copy the raster files in the new geodatabase. Check if you are able to view the content of new geodatabase from ArcGIS Pro. Let me know if there are any concerns.

I just upgraded ArcGIS Pro to ver. 2.9. Create Random Points works fine for me. Did you try rebooting ArcGIS Pro, or deleting the Display cache. Test with a different layer as constraining extent.

Are you connected to an organizational account of ArcGIS Online, and set as active portal in ArcGIS Pro? Manage portal connections from ArcGIS Pro—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation Do you have a consistent internet connection? A couple of other things you could test 1. Close all ArcGIS Applications. Reboot your system. Open ArcGIS Pro, and Try sharing the layer. 2. Open a new ArcGIS Pro project > Add the layer to the new project. Try sharing it. Could you share screenshot of the layer, in case the issue still persists?

Maybe we could look at License Manager perspective. Supported software products—License Manager Guide | Documentation (arcgis.com) I would always advice to keep the License Manager updated. Most of the lower version(s) of clients (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS CityEngine) are compatible with them.

On running Check Geometry, I could see a lot of self-intersecting polygons and short segments. This could be the reason the labels overrun to adjacent polygons. Could you run Repair Geometry (on a copy of feature class), and check if the issues persist.

You have used the text fields for calculation. You should use ${Num_GI1}+${Num_GI2}+${Num_GI3}+${Num_Detention_Fac}+${Num_Detention2} Also change the Type of Num_Detention2 to integer.

Did you try rebooting the ArcGIS Pro machine, and give it another try? An alternate option would be a clean uninstall of ArcGIS Pro (remove folders including the ones in AppData folder, clear registry,etc.). Reboot and reinstall ArcGIS Pro again.
