In what format is your Raster data? More details on Raster Source properties would help. What is the location (file path) of your raster data? Is it accessed from a local path or a network path? Are there spaces or special characters in the file path? According to Frequently Asked Questions | LandScan™ (ornl.gov), When adding the .lyr file, why do I receive a message that the "data file is unsupported with a red exclamation point? The issue could be the result of where you are storing the dataset. Users of the most recent versions of ArcGIS (ArcGIS 10.7+ and ArcGIS Pro) have experienced permissions issues when storing the files on an external device (e.g. hard drive, thumb drive, secondary drive (D:/)), as opposed to local storage. We suggest saving to the C:/ drive, or to your desktop, if possible. Another issue could be spaces within the file path. If the LandScan data is stored at a location with spaces in the directory name, ArcGIS is unable to read the data. For example, ‘C:\Users\Me\My Data\lspop2019’ would need to be converted to ‘C:\Users\Me\My_Data\lspop2019’ or ‘C:\Users\Me\MyData\lspop2019’.

There is a tool in ArcGIS Pro that modifies the input and join the desired field from Polygon to Point Feature layer. Join Attributes From Polygon (Crime Analysis and Safety)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation Check with your organization, if you could get access to an ArcGIS Pro license. Unfortunately, this tool isn't available in ArcMap. If ArcMap is your only option, maybe you could create a model (in model builder) or a python script that would execute a spatial join with desired field map, save its output in a different GDB, then overwrite the original input feature class with the output feature class. (*Not Tested)

My knowledge in ArcGIS Indoors is very restricted. My response is more on the licensing point of view. I believe ArcGIS Online doesn't have the functionality to share a network service. Maybe the ArcGIS Online organization needs to be collaborated with an ArcGIS Enterprise with Indoors license. * Use of network analyst services in ArcGIS Online requires access to an ArcGIS Enterprise portal licensed for Indoors. I couldn't see the error message. Is there a FieldType mismatch between ZIP and ZipcodeN fields? Then you could create a new Text Field in the attribute table of "Data SE...", and assign the values of ZIP to the new field using Calculate Field.

One way is to create another polygon (adjacent to your road polygon) with desired boundary using auto-complete polygon , and merge this polygon to your road polygon (Editor > Merge). Another way is to select all the vertices at one side, and move.
