Coordinate System Transformation

I need to make a Geographic Coordinate System Transformation from "GSS_International_1924" to "GCS_ETRS_1989" but my ArcMap (Version 10.4) doesn't have any method for that.

Can somebody help me?

"International_1924" is a spheroid, not a datum.

You should try "GCS_European_1950".
