Hmmm, it could be a bug then. I did it in ArcGIS 10.1 SP1.

Hello Jason, You could also try this. I could call it a LAYMAN method. 1) Use Geoprocessing > Union tool to delineate the boundaries. 2) From the ouput layer from UNION, convert feature to point. 3) Start editing. From the points layer, select (by attribute) the points where [COLOR]= "Red" and delete them. Save edits. 4) Then go for a Select by Location where Target Layer: Union_output (polygon) Source Layer: Point_layer (point) Spatial Selection Method: Contain the source layer feature. Delete the selected features (These are the overlapping features). Save edits. 5) In the Union_Output layer, Select (by attribute) the polygons where [COLOR]= "Red" and delete them. Save and stop editing. The Union_Output will now contain the features where [COLOR]="Red". 6) Dissolve the above layer based on [YEAR] and [COLOR] (Choosing the [COLOR] field is optional, since all the features in this layer are red).

Hi Nick, Have you added the feature service to ArcMap from a user connection, since these commands are disabled with administrator connections. Also see Making a local copy of a feature service for editing.

Hi Christina, You could use ArcGIS API for Flex. The PopUpRendererSkin.mxml might be available in arcgis_api_for_flex_3_6\ArcGIS_Flex\skins\src\com\esri\ags\skins\ folder of the API download.Check the solution by Robert Scheitlin, GISP in the following link: Modifying the Popup Window in ArcGIS Viewer for Flex v. 3 Pre-release

Yeah! I used a similar statement and it worked without any fuss (the size of many points just got too small to see). I zoomed to one point to a scale of 1000. Then applied the condition on symbology. I could see the point which had a value of more than 10.)

Hi Tim, I tried reproducing the issue. This is what I observed. When you set "Data Represents" option to area, the value was applied to the size of the symbol area. The symbols are too small to observe at a smaller scale. I could see it once I zoom into one of the points. If not necessary, try to use the default unit (unknown) for representing proportional symbols.

Hi Gerrad, You should never delete the files within a GDB from Windows Explorer. Always delete the whole GDB, if required. Close all ArcGIS applications. Delete the Default.gdb and start ArcMap again.

Hi Charles, Are the Windows Svr 2012 and Win 7 machines in the same domain? Have you installed and configured webadaptor? Then you need to mention the full machine name (with domain name) and web adaptor name (No port) in the URL. Also try replacing the Host Name with Host IP. It would be of much help if you could attach a snapshot of the URL typed from client machine.
