Hi Keith, To identify the cell values of a raster in an application or webmap, one needs to publish the raster as an image service (not a Map Service). Unfortunately, you can not publish an image service directly to AGOL. This capability is not available with AGOL. An ArcGIS Server is required to publish an image service. Note: Feature access capability is available for feature class, not raster.

Vivien, You could use the measure tool. Change the units to kilometers. Draw a line on the image, just above the saclebar to check if it gives you the correct measurement.

Hello Chang, You might like to use conditional statements in Raster Calculator e.g. In case of random values Con([raster1]=1, [raster1]*n1, (Con([raster1]=2, [raster1]*n2, (Con([raster1]=3, [raster1]*n3, (........(Con([raster1]=17, [raster1]*n17))))))))))))))))) where raster1: name of the input raster n1...n17: values (You could also write another expression in n1, if required) Building expressions in Raster Calculator

Actually J J is publishing service to AGOL account. He cannot (doesn't need to) connect to AGOL via Connect to ArcGIS Server. He can just sign-in to AGOL from ArcMap (File > Sign-In). And start publishing (File> Share as > Service).

Hi Brian, Correct me if I am wrong. Logging into RDBMS with Windows authentication is managed by the system. Your Windows login and RDBMS login cannot be different. You could use mixed mode of authentication. And create database users to log into the database from any Windows login.

Hi Majdoleen, ArcGIS Help 10.1 Allow clients to cache tiles locally When this box is checked, Esri client applications, such as ArcMap, are allowed to keep a local cache of any tiles they retrieve from the server. This can help the client view the tiles more quickly when returning to the area. Clients must manually clear their cache to get any newer tiles from the server; therefore, consider unchecking this box if you'll be updating your cache frequently.
