Glad to hear you got it working. In answer to your question, it might be just that you have to import logging.handler: Why do Python modules sometimes not import their sub-modules? - Stack Overflow

Hi Gee, You can download as a .py file via Jupyter notebooks as below: Once you do this, it can be used within Task Scheduler. If you are using the Python environment installed with ArcGIS Pro, the Python path will be something like: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\Python\envs\arcgispro-py3\python.exe Mikie

Hi Trisha, Something like this should do the trick: type name label hint calculation barcode ScannedBarcode Scan Barcode Options include 1000-1008, 2000-2008, 3000-3008 and 4000-4008 text CsvReference1 Csv Reference 1 pulldata('BarcodeInfo', 'Reference1', 'BarcodeId', ${ScannedBarcode}) text CsvReference2 Csv Reference 2 pulldata('BarcodeInfo', 'Reference2', 'BarcodeId', ${ScannedBarcode}) Whereby the .csv file is called BarcodeInfo.csv, is stored in the media folder, and contains BarcodeId, Reference1 and Reference2 fields as below. BarcodeId Reference1 Reference2 1000 Spencer St Flinders St 1001 Spencer St Flinders Ln 1002 Spencer St Collins St 1003 Spencer St Little Collins St 1004 Spencer St Bourke St 1005 Spencer St Little Bourke St 1006 Spencer St Lonsdale St 1007 Spencer St Little Lonsdale St 1008 Spencer St La Trobe St Kind regards, Mikie

That's exactly what I'm looking for - thanks Robert. In particular the following section is useful: Enter dates in MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss format Regardless of how dates are displayed in the table, you can only enter dates in MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss format, enclosed in single quotation marks. For example, to set a date field to 5:00 PM on May 27, 2014, you would type '05/27/2014 05:00:00PM', '05/27/2014 5:00PM', or '05/27/2014 17:00:00' (24-hour clock). Storing time alone is not supported—time must always be a component of a date.

I encountered this when the date fields weren't formated properly in the .csv file I was uploading. When I changed them to use the following format it worked: dd/mm/yyyy 17:00:00 08/11/2018 17:00:00 A good way to error check this is by deleting fields which you think may be causing problems from the .csv file, and uploading again. I have asked a question to see whether there is a 'recommended' way for formatting dates when appending like this.

When appending data to hosted Feature Layers in ArcGIS Online via its Item Details page, is there a recommended format for date fields when uploading a .csv file? I encountered this error, but once I changed the date format (to something like 08/11/2018 17:00:00) it worked as expected. I haven't found any official documentation on this and wondered what needs to be considered when working with date fields in this manner.

It is possible to get the centroid of a polygon via Arcade. So once Collector supports Arcade (see The Aurora Project), you will be able to pass the centroid of a polygon to Survey123 using this method directly after a polygon is created through Collector. The one caveat is that using the Geometry() function (which is needed to pass in the polygon geometry) as an input to the Centroid() function will yield results only as precise as the view's scale resolution. Therefore values returned from expressions using this function may change after zooming between scales.

Hi Javier, Following on from my last comment, specifically the pulldata() function is not supported if used against a geopoint question within Web Forms - see documentation here. I have just added a note to the blog post mentioning this. Mikie

Hi Gee, I have just tested this out myself and now understand why it is not working. Attachments are stored as related records (1-m) so you can relate multiple attachments to one specific feature. When adding attachments, the parent record must be available to attach the record. What is happening is the parent record is getting added as expected, but then a second transaction is being made to add an attachment. As the parent record is no longer available (as it is hidden through the view), the attachment cannot be added. It doesn't solve the problem, but explains why this doesn't work. See below for the error message (Invalid attachment parent): Kind regards, Mikie

Hi Zoltan - just to clarify, when an item is shared publicly, a token is not required (as opposed to being long-lived). Mikie

Hi Zoltan, Are the content items you are using shared publicly? If so, you can use the ArcGIS Online Item URL (e.g. https://esriireland.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/3058e863dc484e0ca57bd704af47cee3/data). You'll notice that this URL redirects to Amazon S3 (e.g. https://ago-item-storage.s3-external-1.amazonaws.com/3058e863dc484e0ca57bd704af47cee3/AshtownGateDublin.jpg?X-Amz-Securi… ) with the relevant token attached. If the item is not shared publically, I am not aware of a way to generate a long lived token (for longer than 2 weeks) for ArcGIS Online. Even if you could, the token would technically give anyone access to any permissions associated with the account that the token is generated from. Mikie
