Hi, One of my customers is migrating from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro. He'd like to know if there's a notepad function in ArcGIS Pro data reviewer just as ArcMap has in the data reviewer table. If there's a function already in ArcGIS Pro or a future plan for this, could you please share it? Thanks!

Hi folks, I am currently working on the instant application - attachment viewer to share the output. Each polygon feature creates the output, and I would like to save them as attachments to share with the public easily. The problem is that the output format is pdf. When I built an attachment viewer and took a look to see if things worked well, the PDFs were shown in the viewer. That is okay, but I want the public to click the link and download it like the zip file does. Is there any way to show the pdf file as the attachment link? Thanks!

Hi folks, One of my customers is migrating from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro, and he got stuck in a problem. He used to run the commit to reviewer table tool in ArcMap to signify which feature has an error. This tool gave him the surrounding outlines of features selected for running the tool. However, ArcGIS Pro seems to not provide this tool/function or I couldn't find one. If anyone knows how to use this function, please make reply 🙂 Thanks!

Hi @GCRice , I want to select some layers to be excluded from clipping as I added some feature layers in the BaseMap. These feature layers are for specifying where the roads are heading. They are located in the map margins where only BM Grid layers can be displayed. I found that I can manually edit the product layout after running the Cartography-Automated workflow/GPL to adopt the new exclusion for the clipping layers. However, I wish the workflow and GPL can do this automatically and that's why I added feature layers on the BaseMap and asked how to set the clip layers' exclusion. Thanks!

Hi @GCRice ! Thanks for the reply. And I want to check in terms of MPS as well. From what you've mentioned, I can modify the product in EPM as a revised work, right? Then, what about the MPS? I think I would have the same issue as long as MPS uses the GPL to create a map. Does it? Thanks again!

Hi I have added some feature layers on PAGX and would like to make them be excluded from the clip layers of map properties. To do so, I checked if a Python class/function was provided, and there was an answer that it may be provided in Pro 3.2. I'd like to know if the empty PAGX was set to have no extent clipped, and it got changed to have a custom extent and exclude the BM Grid feature layer. So, I checked which process the setting of extent is working - Generate Product step. I compared the outcome before and after running the Generate Product step. Before) After) So, does anyone know how to automatically add layers to be excluded from clipping like BMGrid in the picture? Thanks 🙂

Hi all, I want to ask if anyone knows why the Hydro Area feature class got new features after running Generate Product Layout GP tool or Cartogrpahy-Automated workflow. Initially, the Hydrography surface feature class did not have features in the specified area since there are islands covered by the Physiography surface feature class. (I just turned on the hydrographysurfaces - withoutOutlines feature layer to show that there are no river subtype features.) However, those empty areas turned into the EGB_HYDRO_A features when I ran the GPL tool or Cartography-Automated workflow through the workflow manager, and displayed like the picture. I want to keep those areas empty so that they can show the white background. What shall I do to fix this? Thank you.

Hi @DanHopkins @DanHopkins ! Sorry for the late response. I suddenly got an issue with the other processes, so did not have time to look for this. So, here are the answers to your questions. 1. What version of ArcGIS Pro are you using? I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3. I am also using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 as EPM system. 2. What happens if you execute Generate Adjoining Sheets Features GP tool? How many features are generated in the ASG_SHEETS_A feature class? When I execute the Generate Adjoining Sheets Features GP tool, nine features are created. 3. What happens when you execute Generate Product Layout? Nine features are created as well. I think the main issue is related with the ASG_Sheets_L feature dataset, as there are clear differences made. When I run the Generate Adjoining Sheets Guide GP tool outside of the EPM (workflow), all lines are created correctly to show 9 indexes. However, when Generate Product step is completed through the EPM - cartography workflow, the lines are just drawn to show 6 indexes, and this is different by which index I selected. I want to have 9 indexes regardless of the selection to the index in EPM. Thank you! p.s. I found there is a Input Land Features in the Generate Adjoining Sheets Features GP tool. Do you think it's related with this issue? Because, for EPM, I don't think I have set any parameter for the land features as the production type.

Hi, I found that the adjoining sheets guide displayed different numbers of indexes. According to TM DPS, the adjoining sheets guide mainly displays nine sheets, with the selected index at the center. However, I've got 4, 6, and 9 indexes as adjoining sheets guide after running the EPM to generate an automated TM product. The expected product is TM25. For example, the product should have nine sheets like one below. But, what I've got is like one below. six sheets) 4 sheets) I confirmed if indexes exist around the selected area, which has 4 or 6 adjoining sheets, and there are. So, I wonder if the adjoining sheets guide is dynamically created depending on the location. If it is, how can I manually set it to create nine sheets regardless of the location? If not, what could be the reason?
