I think that is regular behavior since these labels are essentially OCR'd and will be drawn to scale. Here are some suggestions on reducing the PDF file size: 36524 - Reduce the size of PDFs exported from ArcMap Also, there is an idea on reducing PDF file size on stack exchange: arcgis 9.3 - ArcMap is exporting to extremely large pdf files - Geographic Information Systems Stack Exchange

It may be your best bet to contact them as they would know what data they have (and being that it's a state agency, they can likely give it to your for free, hopefully). You may look into the PA Spatial Data Clearinghouse for GIS data but it doesn't look like it has much: PASDA - The Pennsylvania Spatial Data Clearinghouse I would be curious to know if they respond to you about data. I am not sure if this helps or not but there are some wider-area maps for geology of North America that you can use: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=2967ae2d1be14a8fbf5888b4ac75a01f and http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=6a0f6412ce314055951ab5e6dccb4e7d

It looks like they have a section where you can download their GIS data for the geologic maps: PA DCNR - Geology - Map 1 And click on the Map 1, Data. This will download a 64 Megabyte zip file.

Have you tried contacting the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources? They appear to have several webpages concerning their maps and digital data: PA DCNR - Geology - Digital Data This may be a good place to start.

Hmmm, maybe it has to do with the params. Maybe try changing shape to SHAPE and the "<none>" values to "<None>" to stay with the naming conventions. Sometimes Python is picky about upper and lower case. Though it is possible that the ListFeatureClasses list may be causing the problem too. I was looking at the example here: Add Feature Class To Terrain—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop and it seems that the feature class used for the AddFeatureClassToTerrain_3d is always one feature class versus a list.

Is line 84 this one? arcpy.AddTerrainPyramidLevel_3d (in_terrain, 'WINDOWSIZE', pyramid_level) Maybe try using double quotes instead of single quotes?

Yes, according to this Using photos stored in ArcGIS Online | ArcGIS Blog You can. It just seems that I have found ArcGIS Online has been picky about whether or not my image has an extension on it (at least in the past, it has behaved this way), particularly when it is shared from a place like Google Drive. I can view the link you sent. It looks like it is a secured image service. Maybe you could try removing the s off of the https? http://ago-item-storage.s3.amazonaws.com/335b48d0a6fc4ec8ae052da1ca991b22/Atomsforpeace.JPG?x-amz-security-token=AQoDYXd… I really am not sure at this point...

Wow, I like it. I suppose there is not a way to remove the services once they are in there (without refreshing), but that really isn't a big deal.

Sometimes you need to make sure that your picture url has the extension at the end of it (like .jpg or .png). If that is not there, then it will likely not show up in a different browser. Also, can you view your changed URL in the different browser? That might be the first place to test to see if that works. If not, then you will need to find where the issue is occurring.

Wow, that is interesting. Seems that this is the default for many other Portal IDs out there (doing a quick google search showed me a lot of interesting things). I am not sure but have you looked at this article for configuring the advanced settings: Setting advanced portal options—Portal for ArcGIS (10.3 and 10.3.1) | ArcGIS for Server

It might help to post this thread in a more appropriate place to get the views that you need. The GeoNet help is for help with the GeoNet. Have you looked at this article about configuring Oracle: Configure the Oracle extproc to access the geodatabase with SQL—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop Or maybe this article on the ST_Geometry in Oracle: ST_Geometry in Oracle—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop

That seems pretty odd to have that one outlier in the middle like that. Have you done any other testing on this to see if this sort of issue persists? Have you tried other interpolation methods to see if you get similar values? I also wonder if you were to try the same IDW with the same criteria if you would get the same results.
