I am wondering if there is a tool in the Toolbox for Stopping and Starting services. Of if there is an explanation in normal peoples language on how to do so with a Python Script. What I need. Stop a service so three tables can be truncated. Load the tables, Start the Map Service back up. I have seen a number of answers that are complicated. There must be a command line that can be used as well. We have used them all the time for some SDE functions.

-20 to 120 goodness I wish. We have a range of -40 to 110. But for safety concerns we don't send out crews when it is that cold.

Unfortunately you cannot make symbols, definition queries, or queries based on a relate. I think you can do it with some sort of relate table but I have worked on that yet. Try a JOIN instead

Set up a domain for the question that has a ranged value. You can set the minimum and the maximum.

You cannot do such a thing unless the owner of the data has set up permissions to do so

Latitude and Longitude are generated when a point is placed. For most use cases seeing them is not necessary. If you need to make use of them create X,Y (double) fields and calculate geometry on them. and the other question would arise and disgruntlement would be which format would they show. So I it is simply better to let the user generate them as needed.

Building on Neil's answer it really comes down to simple math. I have done something similar on several thousand features. If the distances are consistent you can easily use my first suggestion. If they are not and you know the distances. Create an X,Y (double) and calculate geometry on them (Decimal Degrees) I then export the table to Excel. It can be done in the database but I do it in excel. You will need three new XY values for North and three for south Determine what the distance is in Decimal Degrees Assuming you have the distances in another row calculate what that distance is in Decimal Degrees in the cell for the first Y north =Y1 + distance. X will stay the same. You can then drag the calculation down all the way. I have done something similar when I had to generate spans between transmission towers and needed to calculate several thousand. You can then use they XY to point tool

Are all three distances the same for each direction and each point Meaning North 100 meters, north 150 meters, and north 200 meters etc. Just copy and paste the point features then use the move tool to move the needed distance.

If you can publish a service definition from an mxd or Pro it should set up your features just like they would be have on your desktop version. However, if the name of the data is changing then you may have to look to a scripted fix.

Create a data driven page that is the boundary of your 25 counties. Set up data driven pages and clip to the Index Layer (ArcGIS Pro) You can also make a large polygon, Clip out the area where the 25 counties are and it will mask the other. Now a super super cumbersome way that I had to do years ago was I assigned a County FIPS number to every single asset. (Electric Distribution). The system was in 6 counties. And then set up definition queries in each feature class to only show the needed ones. It works but I would avoid it.

Truthfully Louise ESRI needs to adjust the manner in which questions are structured in the question pane. When the write gets to the selection to choose a location the instinct may be to select a group they feel matches what they are doing. You may pick a group and see there are only 153 followers. Well you may then think my question is only getting out to 153 people and that is if they log in on a regular basis. It would quite possibly be a better practice to allow a person to select 2 or more groups, OR better yet have a basic general discussion option and a notice telling people this question is posted here here and link all the answers together.

Probably never as the AuthaGraph, while significantly more accurate for projecting size and shape, would be very difficult to make useful in a GIS environment. It cannot even be used for navigation. And I could not imagine making it work with modern GPS. It is neat, it is revolutionary, it is art.
