It also occurs to me that they may not make it publicly available as it could cause panic.

Well for travel where in Denver does not really matter does it. One airport. However, I find it frustrating that ESRI for some reason hides into on Geoconx. They often know a year in advance where the next one will be. You go to ESRI events page and they currently only show through the middle of July. And their GeoConX page only shows info on the 2019 conference. Of course it could be that they don't 100% know at this time. I would hold off on booking travel until registration opens. If something changes you cannot get your travel money back.

Using a stopwatch might be just as effective as neither will tell you why your startup is slow. We upgraded to Windows 10 early last year and startup times increased for us. Question: Did you upgrade to Windows 10 or get new computers with Windows 10 and installed ArcMap? When we upgraded we received new computers with the generic company image loaded on the drive. We also upgraded to SSD. We then had to install ArcMap on the new Windows machine. If you upgraded your computers to Windows 10 you might be well served by removing and re-installing ArcMap. You may very well be experiencing issues with License Manager or an install configured for W7 not being compatible with W10

Sounds interesting. You can also check out the Near Me widget in Portal for Web Applications.

That is correct. the polygon you create is a feature that can have weight. The legend in your snapshot can be considered more of a mask that covers the layout. You should move your legend OUTSIDE of the layout frame and put it by itself. It is not blocking the label it is covering it. Think of it as putting a sheet of paper on top of another sheet that has words on it. It is not blocking the words it is covering them up. the legend has not weight, It is technically not a polygon.

I believe you will have to set it up into a Web App builder app and set up the EDIT widget to accomplish this. In Portal you can do it directly but I don't think you can in AGO

It as easy as that. Delete the records you want to get rid of and append the new ones. If your uneasy about doing so I would suggest exporting the feature to a file geodatabase. Deleting the records you don't want. Compressing the database the load the new records into the feature. compress it again. then you can truncate the SDE feature class and load the updated records in

the legend should not be interfering with the labels. They are in two different frames. If you have your legend inside the same frame as the layout then you should move it outside of the frame that the layout is in.

Well judging by the error message and what I can see of your snapshot 1 The Raster table name is invalid. In the snap shot I can see the use of a colon in your table name. You cannot use that character. You should limit your feature and table names to Letters, numbers and Underscore. 2. Your Terrain Multi directional hill feature does not have a spatial reference. you will need to assign one.
